I love to edit and I love baseball. Especially pre-steroids baseball from the 60’s, 70’s, and 80’s. As great as NBC was, they were notorious for not showing replays. I very much enjoy creating my own replays. I also try to cut the fat while accentuating the more memorable moments. I plan on editing other baseball projects as well. I also have a large VHS collection of random highlights from the mid-to-late 80’s, which I will uploading in the near future.

After 43 years. The historic Dodgers/Yankees rivalry has been revived for the 2024 World Series.
In anticipation of this Friday's first game of the 2024 World Series, I came here to relive the 1981 Dodgers championship club's victory over The Yankees. 1981, one year out of high school, and after the heartaches of 1974 against the Oakland A's, plus 1977, and 1978 against The Yankees losing those three World Series was hard to bear. The Dodgers lost the first two games of the 1981 World Series, and we all thought, "Here we go again." But the Big Blue Wrecking Crew came back to win the next four games to take the crown. Looking forward to seeing The Dodgers and The Yankees battle it out starting this Friday. GO AZUL!

I was a hardcore Yankee fan as a 9-year old kid in 1978. Went to game 5 of the World Series at the Stadium that fall. And I was there in the upper deck with my dad in 1980 when George Brett blasted Gossage's fastball up there to complete the Royals' ALCS sweep. But I have almost no memory whatsoever of this World Series. None. Not sure why that is, but it's probably because I was becoming a teenager by 1981, and my interests were changing - from baseball to rock music, guitar, and the ladies.....
