I bought the E27 fitting smart bulb and one of these sockets with a huge discount, since the store decided to stop selling this brand of smart devices. I read the reviews and they weren't great but the store told me if they didnt work I would get my money back. Set up and connection was really easy and I havent had any issues.
Do you know HomeAssistant, is it possible to connect to it because it uses Tuya? Do you know if it is possible to use it (with the power metering) without the cloud (e.g. if the router doesn't has connection to the internet but is connected to your smartphone and the smart plug)?
These plugs are the worst ever. I have a box of these 3. 2 of the three became unresponsive within a year. The issues is that Hombli doesn't react to RMA questions at all. So please my two cents. Don't by these of you indeed want to reduce your bills. :(
Same problem here. I have 3 Hombli plugs since June 2023. Fortunately, the Dutch helpdesk is good, because they always fail with me, while I only switch a table lamp or a charger of the bicycle battery. I have had a 3 defective smart plugs. I would like to stay with Tuya, because I really like Tuya.
Thank you for you video!
Are you still happy with them? Or have you found problems?

I have the same Issue, the plug doesn't work wit either app. It fails in the third step, after recogizing the plug.

Hey, I have to same problem with my network. How did you fix it?
Is the power consumption in watt per second? So if it shows 100 watt it means it will use 6000 watt per minute? I have no clue how electrics work
Watt is a unit of power meaning "Joules per second" where Joule is a unit of energy. So 1 Watt corresponds to a consumption of 1 Joule every second.
