Install labor I'm unsure of..but as front bumper must be removed..I'd imagine $200+ With returning the vehicle soon..I'd just skip it in that scenario. Just drive it responsibly. Lower downpipes would give biggest increase in power for the money and can be installed yourself fairly easily. Megan Racing ldp's can be found for around $150

Want to hear more about your jb4 experience. You should get fuel wires so you can jack up your Boost higher and still be safe. The wastegate wires would be a fun Adventure too.
"maps" are basically different settings, or "modes". say one will be a stock mode, another map will be for 91-93 gas, and another map will maybe be for e85/e30 blend
Check out Burger Motorsports website for the JB4, it will show you more info about each map. Each “map” basically adds a different amount of boost, some can require different types of fuel like 93 octane or a mix of 91 and E85

The higher you go on the map the more the boost will go up. It's been a while since I have used the jb4 since I don't have the q50 anymore but map 1 adds 3 psi and every map after that is a little bit more then 3 psi. You should be good with map 5 if you car abiut safety leave it on map 3 and under. That's just my opinion but everyone else thinks differently. Hope this helps
Check out my mod list video on the q50. These are squared 370z rears all around no spacers. I have 275 35 up front and 285 35. I recommend 275 tho in the rear cuz it rubs unless you pull the fender

If your friend didn't have a tune or a JB4, you should've beat him by like 6 car lengths no kidding. It's like +5.5psi and about 13.7s 1/4 mi stock (which your friend should've been) vs what you have is probably 12.3s (93 octane)

Do you take the car into the dealer with all your exhaust bolts on? Or do you take it all off and put it back to OEM then take it to the dealership? I also have a q50 with bolts on, I just wanna make sure that if I do leave it on then I hope it doesn't affect the warranty lol... I have been taking all my exhaust bolts off when I go.
I only take my jb4 off. I leave everything else on but it depends on your dealer some are cool about mods and some will void anything I would have you check with your dealer how they feel about mods
Hey whats up and to be honest with you its up to your dealer. I can't tell you if they will or not because some dealers are mod friendly and some are not at all. I would suggest contacting your local dealer to see how they feel about specific mods
are you still running JB4? if so, have you came across any problems yet? I'm looking into getting a JB4 since EcuTek is pretty damn expensive. on the forums I seen people experiencing a problem with their gas pedal getting stuck with the JB4
As far as I know the jb4 can be run with no greater than an e30 blend IMO though if you have access to it would be to just use 100 octane race gas if possible but I think the e30 would be apt cheaper to use
@@jonathanmelendez1669 I also have had this issue. Common problem on the earlier 3.0T usually the dealer will cover it all including the damage caused by it so long as you have a warranty. If not, be prepared for about a 1400 bill
You shouldn't need the jb4 with a tune. The purpose of a tune is to adjust to your mods to be more efficient at all times. I don't think it would be a good idea to run at the same time but don't know to much about it

Yes I'll be running a jb4 for a while until warranty runs out I haven't had any issues with it still running good

No you can't you would need to buy a cable to hook up to a computer. So its better to buy with bluetooth or just get the jb1 that has only one map
