    I always feel it in my other resting leg when I’m working on the other side of the leg on all fours

    No because why was the first leg hard but doable and the second leg impossible even with breaks😭

      i felt the same way😆 it's likely due to the fact that the second glute is still working during the forearm section of the first leg -- so it's already had a bit of a workout!

    I always feel like i work my right side more than my left. Like i feel nothing on my left and my right side is always sore. 😭 i just know am doing it wrong! Lol

      every body is different! i can definitely tell one side is easier for me💛
