My lower back has been feeling awful lately, and I also have super tight hips, so I'm trying to do these when I can. Actually I have a suggestion, I really enjoy the endings where I just lie on my back for 3-5 minutes fully relaxed, but the relaxing background music always cuts short here because the video ends. Do you think you could extend the endings by another 3-5 minutes or so and just play the background music for the relaxing part? I just find it sets the perfect mood. Also, thank YOU for making these!
I can finally sit straight up without the support of my hands! I've been doing this for about two weeks now and I can already see huge improvements. Less pain throughout my entire body, shorter warm ups at the gym, and an overall better feeling! Thanks so much!

Half seated frog hits the upper leg near the groin in a place my leg "locked" itself up in some years back. Half seated frog felt super uncomfortable the first times, but this time it felt really good and it's become my favorite.
That last one killed me. I've got super tight hamstrings and hips and even with a pillow I needed to support myself with my arm. Felt great afterwards though! Love these videos man, thanks for putting in the time to make them!

These routines are great! I've felt so much better in my day to day life, and my lifting has been making strides because I don't need as much time to warm up and feel better during the lifts. These have been an amazing help! Please keep making more and I can't wait for that need challenge strech routine.
