there is no online ielts exam as far as i concern. However they offer the Computer Delivered test, which you still have to go to their center. You will answer every question by using the provided computer. I highly recommend this type of test rather than the paper delivered one especially for listening as you will be provided a earphone for that. Which i found really convenient compared to a big speaker in a big hall.
