- In this video we’ll show you how to create beautiful concrete walls using a concrete micro-topping Skraffino over a drywall. You can use integral colors or water based stains or dye. The wall is subsequently sealed with water based acrylic sealer.

Would a MDF board behind the micro-topping provided an advantage compared to drywall/obs? I haven't prepared my surface yet so, I'm looking for best results.
You briefly mention waterproofing a shower walk. Can you demo a shower wall and provide more details on waterproofing?
can you do this overtop of some old ugly shower tiles?
would there be a lot of prep as far as sanding them up? or some other sort of base layer to get it to grip better?

Apparently in Europe it is common to have these micro topping cement showers, but it’s really hard to find products and DIY info in the states. It’s a trend that you guys could jump on if you feel so inclined. It took me probably 7 hours of searching before I found your video!

Would it work to put Red Guard on the moisture resistant drywall beforehand if it were for a shower stall?
Yes. It is a good idea. You may want to broadcast 30 mesh sand so that there is grip for the microtopping

1. AO3
2. water based epoxy
3. 100% solids epoxy
And 4. Polyurethane
Right?
(Planning to do full bathroom and shower walls and floors)
