Out of curiosity, which feather finish product do you like to use? Working in an outdoor kitchen that will have a concrete compound exterior but a feather finish to cover the tape and screw marks sounds like a good idea. Want to make sure I pick up the correct product that would work for vertical walls.

Yes, you can use it over tiles. It needs a good sealer system on top to protect from water penetration.
