The ambience on Call of the Dead was something I put so much thought into and it was awesome to see people notice and appreciate all the little details / EE's I put in lol, it's so nice to see a bunch of people still love / play it even now, over a year post release! I've learnt a lot since then and am now working on a MOTD remake that should hopefully blow COTD out of the water! There's gonna be a bunch more Remasters coming out this year too; Tranzit, Die Rise, Buried, Five as well as some backports from Post-BO3 games! If all goes to plan, this is going to be an outstanding year for Customs!
Hey man, I know how incredible of a map developer you are and I've created a 26 page document for a zombies map idea I believe would be one of the best maps on the workshop if done right and I can't think of someone better than you to create it, if you have the time of course considering all your effort going into MotD I would love to discuss it more with you.

I LOVE custom zombies. Once i discovered Bo3 had custom zombies on PC i bought it on steam for that specific reason alone. Needless to say at this point, nearly half of one of my 3 x 2TB nvme SSD's is taken up by custom zombies maps lol. Ive got probably close to 200 different custom zombies maps installed. I haven't tried all of them out yet but as i do, the ones i dont enjoy too much i just uninstall as i go through the list.
If you wanna get started in the pc world I recommend getting a steam deck especially if you’re a console player. I’ve been playing custom zombies on it since bo3 was on sale recently and it runs amazingly on it

After going through your top maps lists all of his maps aren’t on the steam store anymore, and the water park zombies map says it’s by whispering frog and not Danny. Another question is in your latest upcoming maps list all but 4 of the maps are still not out do you know if they are all still getting worked on and will be coming out? I downloaded over 30 custom maps and played this one, I thought this was actually treyarch made, the guy(s) that made this need a job! Edit: The der rise map that is! need to check out the others!

The reason there is heavy anti mod measures on Nuketown is because Clix didn’t want people to noclip and see the rest of the houses that a clearly modeled. The plan was seemingly to release an update to the map that expanded it at some point but Clix never did. Last I heard they quit BO3 and are working on their own game now. I’m still sad we will seemingly never see the expanded map.
idk it would be better if the 3rd gun was a hotkey other than the swap weapon. Fumbling through to get the gun you want is annoying, but if it was like left d pad or something to pull it out then it wouldnt be that bad
I actually find it really annoying Mule Kick is a troll on Daybreak and i want it on every map, theres too many good weapons in most custom maps that make it very frustrating to be limited to 2 weapons. Maps without mule kick i often dont touch much. (though Daybreak you can get MK via select mods at least)

The nuketown remaster should be way higher. The fact that you can change the gameplay style to bo2 is insane. It’s the perfect remaster
