I love how everything is so purposeful. No clutter.
I actually just found out that you can scan things into a PDF using the notes app that comes with the iPhone. Go to notes, new note, hit the camera on the bottom of the screen, then hit scan document! You can have multiple pages in one PDF. It’s truly handy!

I really like the paint color on your walls. It looks very soothing! That apothecary storage piece is stunning as well!😊
You can also use Google scan to scan docs via your phone. I like that it adjusts the lighting automatically along with the corners. This year, I bought a laser printer for my home office because I was over buying ink every month. The scanner on my new printer scans to pdf and emails me the scanned doc. I am over the moon with it! It's brilliant and keeps all my paper clutter at bay.
Wowza @ChristinaGraziano, thank you so much for the scanner tip in the Notes app. I had no idea that existed. i use Scanner Pro on my phone and iPad, but this is a real eye opener. Thank you again!

I also use a similar app to the Adobe one, but instead of emailing myself I save it directly on my Dropbox where I have folders for each year. Then it's done in just two steps. 😊
One of the things you didn't mention was how keeping window dessings simple (i.e.your venetian blind and no curtains) can really help with the uncluttered look in what is quite a small room, plus the nice calm colour on the walls.

Love your interiors. On your lovely apocathary drawers you could put labels in the label holders?
I love an actual scanner! Finances, recipes, giant binders of family history, etc. As a paper hoarder, it's really helped minimize my "collection of crap". Highly recommend - plus they're cheaper & less infuriating than printers! I work in healthcare information (USA) and we still fax (!!!), scan, and print almost everything, as well as using electronic systems. It's a beautiful world that turned me on to scanners :D
This has reminded me that I REALLY need to sort out my paperwork again!

For iphone there's an app called ''Files'', it should already be installed(it's one of the basic ones that comes with the phone), and from there you can scan your documents and upload it to whatever cloud you'd like, send it somewhere or just store it right there! Great for any paperwork I use it alot because of school 👍🏻
Highly recommend The Samsung Xpress C430w lazer printer, had mine for years, I’ve had to replace the toner twice in 5 years and has never failed on me. Plus it runs on wifi, added bonus it can order toner for you. 😂

Great video Anna. I’m in the process of setting up my desk etc. in my front room since working from home is going to continue for a while longer. It’s not ideal as I’m in a 1 bed flat but I’m working with the space I have. 🤗 xx

Also, for anyone wondering, I’m 99% sure the wall colour is the same as in my office; it’s Farrow & Ball Light Blue-although mine was colour-matched at a Dulux Trade Centre. (You can see my office over on Instagram @nicole_bythesea. The colour is a perfect match!)
