Let’s say someone gives you a big stack of cash and says you have to buy a home in either the Ovation part of Horizon West or in The Hills of Minneola. Which one are you choosing? 🤔
Haha you always have these comparison questions, I love it.
Well if I bought in Ovation, I’d have a smaller home with the same amount of money. It’ll come down to location which for me personally, I’d choose Horizon West because I want to be closer to the Orlando area next year.
Minneola I’d have the bigger home, with a lot to look forward to. I don’t think you go wrong either way, it really boils down to location.
@@OrlandowithMario So sad that you remember me for these types of questions 😂. I’ve just been flirting with the idea of relocating to the Orlando area for a couple years now. There’s been a few hurdles in the way of moving, otherwise I’d be there already. As for areas, it was Lake Nona vs Horizon West for the longest. Then I ruled out Nona and was primarily focused on Horizon West. Now something about those Hills in Minneola that keep calling my name.
That seems to the area I like, I’m just wondering how it will grow as far as retail and all that good stuff. Is it possible that Minneola will at least have has much retail as Hamlin? Or probably not?
Also one more comparison question for you. Which builder is better between Ashton Woods and DreamFinders?
Working with someone now for 2 and half years, life happens, gonna be even cooler when you finally make the move! As far as Hills of Minneola goes; 10 standalone restaurants, crooked can and the food hall, lifestyle center with cafes and bistros. it'll have quite a bit but not as much as Hamlin I'd say.
Ashton woods offers more customization than DF, you can great build from both and a bad build from both. Construction managers are the real quality keepers for new builds. But all in all, Ashton is associated with a higher quality build.
@@donjuan914 do you work from home? Then both minneola and HW are great options there far away from everything. If you want the Orlando lifestyle then Dr Philips and Hunter creek are the go to with sodo a third option. Lake Nona is soulless I hated living there lol
