Clermont Florida has been rapidly growing in population, amenities and home prices. Yet South Clermont remains more affordable for various reasons, less volume, less amenities, and probably most damaging, worse infrastructure.
All of which are slowly but surely changing for the better. In today's video we'll dive into two new neighborhoods in the area as well as touch on the lifestyle in South Clermont.

Yeah, we definitely need a connector from Western Way to I-27, and another connector from Horizon West to Clermont.

Serious question. We are considering Clernont for a vacation home. Is Clermont "safe" "ok" "comfortable "for black people?

Can't answer that as an agent and say one area is safe over the other, I suggest checking out city-data.com or contacting local pd. I've felt great moving around but they may be able to give you some imperical data.

In my opinion it safe and welcoming for people of color. I moved here a few years ago from South Florida and people seem to be friendly and non-judgmental. My middle class neighborhood is very safe and has a nice combination of latin, black and white, Just the way it should be....wishing you the best of luck on your choice.
