Quran is for all ages, there is no room for change or innovation or modernization in the teachings of Quran and prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) and this is unanimously agreed upon by Islamic Scholars. Qur'an's teachings are best reflected and explained by the life of prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) and prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) never asked Hazrat Khadija (peace be upon her) , the first lady of Islam, mother of all muslims, one of the most powerful and wealthiest business personage in whole of Arab, behind whom whole of Arab and much of civilised world could very easily be gathered, but still prophet (peace be upon him) never asked his wife to lead salat congregation, even in his absence. No woman has higher claim than Hazrat Khadija (peace be upon her) to lead the salah congregation and Hazrat Khadija (peace be upon her) never lead any salah congregation in which men were also present. It was always and always his male companions, who lead the salat. Religeon was perfected and completed in the life of prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) reference can be taken from Quran 5:3. What was not part of the religeon then can certainly be not part of the religeon now, this is also unanimously agreed upon by Islamic Scholars, as well. And in the life of prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) no woman ever lead salah congregation of men in a masjid, not even Hazrat Khadija (peace be upon her). In fact, there was a woman who expressed the wish to pray with the prophet in his masjid, but prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) told her that the best place for her to pray is her inner chamber in her house. Also this is not about the empowerment and subjugation of women, instead this about the roles and separate places that the Creator has assigned to us and we follow His will. Islam gives women the highest degree of respect and establishes a complete and most comprehensive system of rights and laws to protect women, in comparison to any other religion. After all there are more muslim countries with female head of states then any other religion.

There are so many things wrong with this salah that I don't even know where to start! Woman leading men and women (women can only lead women), men AND women mixed in the rows, HUUGE gaps in the rows, the "imam" reading the english with the arabic!! her tajweed of the arabic is awful! Plain and simple, Islam is Islam. If you change it then it is no longer Islam and you have changed YOUR religion. If you do not comply with a fundamental part of salah then your salah is NOT valid (like missing surah fatiha).
