    thanks so much for your insightful video! I wish I could afford the superdelite and wish it came in the blue color (like the charger 3), a boy can dream I guess haha

      To be quite honest with you - I would have bought the Super Delite if money wouldn't metter. But now I think 🤔 different - I realised that 90% of the Time I don't need a second battery 🔋 to carry around all the time. Once or twice the year for the longer mountain tours I rent a second battery from the Bycicle store & the speed model is comming with a Supercharger allready - one hour coffe break & you have recharged 50% more... So I am happy with the Delite now. Blue color was the coolest one though...

    Hello, I came to the same conclusion regarding the choice of the bike. For the HS version, it’s relevant to take the super delight model with 2 batteries. However it’s a heavy bike to handle, specially if we have to carry it to a train platform.

    • @GuideAngelo
      @GuideAngelo  3 роки тому

      That's right. I will buy a second Battery with the Delite for the longer Tours, this way I don't have to carry 2 batterys when no need 😉

    Hello, I have seen that you have attached the Abus locker behind on the vertical tube of the frame. How did you secure it to the bike ? Thank you for reading me.

    • @GuideAngelo
      @GuideAngelo  3 роки тому

      Indeed - Is the perfect place for the Abus Chain. 2 Cable ties will do the job 😉

    Hello, great video, thanks !
    I have a question about the R&M rear rack that you added. I observe that the the rear light remains on the fender and only a cataphote is on the full suspended rear rack. The version that we can see on the R&M website it's not like that.
    Your assembly is interesting because it’s possible to remove the suspended luggage rack (not very beautiful) when we don't need it!
    Can you explain us what material you used?
    Many thanks !

    • @GuideAngelo
      @GuideAngelo  3 роки тому

      Verry well noticed! The original small rack, at the beginning was because I liked the minimalistic design. But it had some problems - with bags no more than 3 kilos was touching the tire... So I complained to R&M that I wanted changed, wich they did, with this version. It's pitty that R&M don't offer an hybrid with both - this one to take it out when no need it & the oder one with the minimalist look... Both together would be perfect. So I will make a follow up video trying to explain myself better. I guess you could ask directly @ R&M if they can offer the same rack they mounted on my Ebike... Maby you'l be lucky 🍀.

    • @hervesolus1726

      @@GuideAngelo Thanks a lot ! I agree, both would be perfect. Like you, I prefer the minimalistic design, but some time, we have to be pragmatic ! I'm excited to discover your vidéo ! Can you tell me who managed the modification. I understood it was in France ?
      Many thanks !

    • @GuideAngelo
      @GuideAngelo  3 роки тому

      Hi again - the modification was made in Germany, not far from the original R&M Factory, from a Bycicle reseller - g.co/kgs/FubfQY

    I wish they fit two 615Wh batteries in the down tube, like the Multicharger or better, like the Homage. The Superdelite look too chunky with the battery in the top bar.

    • @GuideAngelo
      @GuideAngelo  3 роки тому

      It's not just chunky but also to big if you are under 176cm(5 feet) tall- that's another reason why I've decided for Delite... A second battery would be nice, as you say maby like the Homage or the Cowboy - vertical under the saddle.

    I got the 2021 Multicharger, so much lugage incredible with 2 accus.

    • @GuideAngelo
      @GuideAngelo  3 роки тому +1

      The Multicharrger is really the best for transporting Luaggage... But no full suspension 😉

      @@GuideAngelo For the amount of lugage i plan to take on holiday, I assumed a stiff rack with be better. ALso the type of sadle post should damp shocks a little too. Good video and great tip on the fine. :)

    Hello,
    You mentioned that your bike was fitted with a GPS option. I haven’t seen that option with R&M !

    • @GuideAngelo
      @GuideAngelo  3 роки тому +2

      Indeed - they call it RX Chip ( uses GSM location Services Connect) & with the ConnectCare insurance (around 350 euro /year) you are on the safe side(they replace your eBike in 14 days if is stollen) . Although they offer this kind of location Chip & Service just if you buy the eBike in one of this Countries:. Germany, Österreich, Schweiz, Belgien, Niederlande, Luxemburg. The Insurance is than available for all European countries. You would have to use the R&M German language website to get to those options. Hope this will help you.

    Just ordered a Superdelite GX Rohloff after two years of dreaming about it.
    It’s horribly expensive but I don’t have a car or kids and if someone will ask me about the price, I’ll answer:
    20 cents per 100 kilometres.
    The Rohloff & two batteries are a must where I live, because it’s super steep.
    Also can’t wait for the dropper post. Must be great in the city traffic.

      It's the right choice for a steeper place. I am sure you will have a lot of fun with it! Let me know when you got it 🚲 ⚡ 👍

    • @mikewhite955

      20 cents per 100 kilometres? I think you misscalculated this a bit. If you drive 25.000km with your bike you will pay 40cents per kilometre. I dont think that you expect to drive 500.000 kilometre without paying anything for energy or a new chain etc. :)
      But I'ts still cheaper as a car. I wish you a lot of fun with your bike
