There's a voice clip of him crying in Mario Sports Mix when he loses a match. Also, the clip you used from Dream Team isn't considered crying Edit: Also in Luigi's Mansion 3 he cries after E. Gadd told him that all the ghosts he helped to catch have escaped. The Dream Team clip you used just shows him in pain. He's not sad or anything. Those are probably his sweat and not tears
