I love the two door bronco... It is true to its roots!
Nice detailed video...nice to see it in action with some nice views of it working
Glad you liked it!
Thank for watching!
Love watching your offroad videos, I can't wait to get my Bronco and explore the trails of Michigans Upper Peninsula
Appreciate it man! I’m hoping to make some more here soon! And you’ll have a blast once you start hitting up some trails!
Thanks for watching!
wow that Bronco trailcam is a killer feature. Highly desirable!
So many memories of HFAP and Carnage Canyon. Anxious to take my Bronco there.
Man I really want one of these, perfect for exploring the Nevada desert
Nice looks good
Awesome video, absolutely enjoyed every second of it, I’m old and will never do anything like this, but I loved it. Fords built a worthy competitor to the Jeep brand and can’t say it looks better, but to my eyes looks as good, both classic great looks👍👍👍
Awesome man! glad to hear you enjoyed it!
Thanks for watching!
Looks way better
Nice video. No question that the Bronco is a very capable off road vehicle. Well done.
Appreciate it!
Thanks for watching!
Bronco is Doing Well
Great video. Looks like a fun trail.
Thanks! And it is. Plus it’s super close I the entrance so you can get right to it haha
Thanks for watching!
@@drivenmad2089 lol. That’s always good. Looking forward to more videos.
Great video I appreciate it. How "well built" does it feel? I'm sure Ford put this through some type of durability testing. It's my understanding the 2.3/2/7 engines and 10 speed auto are reliable. Seems like a nice drivetrain.
This was a great video D. Man your presentation skills and editing are getting so good. Definitely need to step up my game lol
Haha appreciate it man! Finally got a computer that has more editing potential so I’m trying to learn more.
Thanks for watching!
my bronco almost exactly coming in april wooo whooo
Nice!!
Nice ride along. Bronco performed well.
Thanks and thanks for watching!
@@drivenmad2089 Sure thing. Your build is exactly like mine, so it’s like watching my own Bronco go rock crawling, but I’ll have to wait a while before it’s delivered! 😝
@@BuckingBronco Haha awesome man! Yeah the waiting sucks but ordering a car is always fun
Does anyone else remember The Rock was driving a Bronco prototype in the movie Rampage?
So between the Jeep Rubicon and your Bronco…which do you prefer?
Nice video. I wish someone would take their manual Bronco on something like this, I am so curious as to how low the gearing is on the 7 speed
You can find videos of that. People are impressed with the gearing.
You’ll have a better time if you air down and don’t bump obstacles while turning. Carry 2 spare tie rod ends.
I aired down some (20PSI) probably needed to be down another 5psi or so.
Man i can’t wait get my wildtrack
I bet! Nothing like taking your off road toys and using them for what they were meant for!
Thanks for watching!
My Buick can definitely do those trails.
With that out of the way, care to share what you're using to air up and down?
During this trip…a pen haha I usually have a arb tire deflate kit that makes it faster
Dude if you could only afford one, which would you buy? The 2 door rubicon or 2 door badlands?
If you ever want to do a group thing out at Hidden Falls, I am in! I love wheeling with friends more than solo. I am in Aledo and have a matching Bronco to yours (2dr, badlands, squatch, lux) except it is Area51.
I’m in San Antonio and my bronco is on the way. So I would definitely be in also if you guys get together👍🏽👍🏽
I would also be in! I’m in Corsicana and have already taken my bronco out to hidden falls once. Had a great time. 4dr OBX non-squatch but it did surprisingly well.
@@amandanall6367 4dr Outer Banks non Sasquatch 👍🏽👍🏽
The map says penthouse is four stars, I’m only gonna be driving one and two star trails my first few times out LOL👍🏽👍🏽
Haha yeah a 4 star will definitely make you have some “oh shit” moments if you’ve never been off-road so that’s probably a good idea. My girlfriend still freaks out on most of those 😂
Thanks for watching!
So as a long time wrangler guy myself, and now owning the new bronco…..I favor the Ford without a doubt. Curious as to what your opinion is captain?
Jury’s still out for me. I need to use it more for me to really give a definitive answer on which is “better” off road. But I’ve got some more trips planned for the B-Ronco. It’s a lot better at rock crawling then people want to give it credit for though.
Thanks for watching!
That is not Flexy, that is Tipsy.
Well, In order to get tipsy….you gotta get flexy first haha
We would love to have you on our Live Bronco show
I’d love to see that also.
That sounds interesting! Hit me up on instagram
Hey nice vid! Beautiful shots! I'm curious about what your tire pressure was during that run. To my eye it looked as though the tires were not quite aired down enough, but of course the eyes can be deceived.
You would be correct! Here they were only aired down to 20PSI. Need to be more at 15 probably.
Thanks for watching!
@@drivenmad2089 Ah, good to know, thanks.
How's the rattling on the hard top for the 2-door? Any more/less noise while driving compared to the Rubicon?
I actually have a couple videos talking about it more in depth if you want to check them out. but its no where near as good as the wrangler in terms of wind noise. much worse. and there is a slight rattle from one of the front clips.
Thanks for watching!
Don’t you have underbody protection? Seems like it’s a good thing to consider
Yep. It has skid plates on the fuel tank, transfer case, and a couple other spots.
Thanks for watching!
Hey man, how do you like the Wrangler Territory tires on the Bronco?? I have 33’s and looking to upgrade to 35’s. Specifically those Territory MT tires because they only weigh 54lbs
Off-road they’re ok, don’t seem any better than say the KO2’s. On road they make a lot of noise. I’m probably going to swap over to KO2’s here at some point. They’re just “OK”. The KO2 is my go to.
Thanks for watching!
Did u air down?
Im new to rock climbing, should I deflate my tires for this kind of terrine?
Yep. Helps with ride quality and better traction. With out beadlock wheels I’d say not much lower than 15PSI.
Thanks for watching!
Good morning guys, the car for sale?
Have you seen all the front end “IFS” issues that are popping up as more Broncos hit the trail? As I predicted it’s not looking good. If you push it hard things are bending and breaking even with keeping the vehicle stock. If you want to lift the bronco and add bigger tires it’s almost a guarantee you will break an axle or a tie rod.
Definitely not looking good!
Not really axles mostly tie rods issues which is not that bad at all.
We’ll see how it goes. If anything breaks I’ll be sure to show it.
Thank for watching
@@drivenmad2089 👍🏻👍🏻
Not true
I'll never understand why people go off road and then when they can't get over something then decide, "Oh let's turn on the lockers now?" You turn them on from the get go 🤦🏻♂️
I agree. However, for the purposes of making a "What can it do?" video, it may be educational to show what it can do at each level of "lockage". Like...what can a Badlands Sasquatch Bronco do in just 4-HI? 4-LO? 4-LO rear locker? 4-LO front locker? 4-LO Both Lockers? 4-LO Both Lockers + Stabilizer Bar Disconnect?
@@matt0198922 I mean yes you are correct. But like dude turn on all lockers disconnect the sway bar and go off roading. Get stuck go crazy drive this damn beast. I swear like one person actually went off roading like a boss and actually drove the hell out of this thing. Drive the hell out of this thing show me what it's really capable of hell brake something I don't care.
I feel like these Broncos are going to be bad on tie rods.
It seems like it is a less offroad inclined bronco than a bronco 2 the first 2 generations of the ford bronco are the only broncos worth owning
Lock it up.
If anybody says their Buick can do that they've never been out in the Texas hill country
you'd be surprised the number of comments I get like that haha.
Thanks for watching!
The inner tie rod does not look very strong. I would be afraid of bending it.
We'll see how it goes. if anything happens with it ill be sure to show that haha
Thanks for watching!
Get rid of the Goodyear tires
That’ll be happening soon actually haha
Yeah well done with the video. We have the 2dr in Eruption Green. Have done to much off road yet mostly class 4 roads. Still working on my video skills which aren't great.
