• Your "clean" choice of milk
• 1 Avocado
• 1 Banana
• Raw Manuka Honey (add amount by taste)
• 1 spoonful of Organic Coconut Oil
• 1 Tbsp Madagascar Vanilla Extract
• 10-20 Tablets of Spirulina
The amount in video is for 2 people

I do the same to my hair however my hair is on the tighter curl side and air drying takes forever. So I usually just run my errands with my hair wet (lol) and by the end of the day it's dry. definitely gonna try the recipe for your smoothy.

Lol no. Your hair does not have to look exactly like mine or like mine at all to have a good hair day. There are girls with different patterns and cuts that looks amazing on them but just because my hair isn't like theirs it doesn't mean mine is any less amazing. You must love your own look for what it is and you'll have others telling you the same thing you're telling me. Never compare.

Your curls are so on point and I wondered what you used! I've been hella lazy and just throwing my hair in a messy bun lately. I'm inspired -definitely gonna try to pick up this product next time I go to Target. You should do a video on the benefits of the honey topically and orally; it's good for SO many ailments and (I believe) even helps with collagen production. It's pricey but worth it.
