Alba I did watch all your videos about cleaning routines and doing laundry. I use mrs Myers and Dr. Brouners but it could be a bit expensive. I am always looking for sales. Like you mentioned it could be a bit overwhelming. I am finding it very hard to stay away from bleach to wash my whites. I am Latina and I have this deep in my roots I feel as if I am not washing my clothes properly. Thanks for the tips about changing makeup gradually. I Love makeup but the toxic load on them is a real problem. Thanks for trying to change the world with these small changes. You truly inspire👍💋

I just got a water purification system installed in my house and I feel so much better not using that iffy city water at last! I feel like I can breath easier (or drink easier) now. It's amazing how much you see that is waterlogged with toxins and preservatives which you never even notice before start taking an active look at improving your healthy lifestyle.

Due to fibromyalgia, and diabetes I am transitioning to cleaner products. I have decided to use up what I have and add natural products I am interested in. This works for me. I look at what I can afford. Thank God for Aldi’s and Giant being built in my neighborhood.
Walmart actually have good organic foods for affordable prices but not a variety of fresh produce. clearly you don’t know something 🤪 so she doesn’t need to call out any names.
I literally just check the labels on my food and I just don't eat anything that has maltodextrin or corn syrup in it and it eliminates most of my options in the grocery store. Sad. And I'm not even including the organic standard

We also use a shower filter and we got our filter right along with our drinking water filter but didn’t want to overwhelm too much info to add too many steps in one video because I don’t want others to think it’s impossible to do it all you know... we use the Dr. Mercola shower filter.
I use shower sticks it's the only water filter AND softener I know of. Theres a lot of great water filters but if you want to soften your water as well there not many affordable ones.
