I've had one of these (blue strap) for just over one year. I have two wishes for the watch: (1) Any additional water resistance would have been welcome. (2) While it wears well, I would have traded the automatic for a manual wind movement in a slimmer profile.
Interesting! The prices have substantially gone up. When I bought mine on the red strap a year ago they were around € 140. Mine came without the second faux croc strap which is no big deal as I share your aversion of this kind of strap. Mine also runs much more accurately at around + 5 seconds a day.
CIGA, a watch brand where packaging can be the most interesting part. Especially when you put it next to the other books on the bookcase in the living room.... 😏 Cheers Steve, as you well understand all CIGAs are a pass for me. Thanks anyways, be well mate, cheers. PS A whole minute +++ of relaxing music for the B-Roll... you elevate it mate!
Had one of these when they first released and it's an impressive watch on the design front but that legibility is well, yeah. Will admit their packaging is spot on, but it's more design over function.
Thanks for checking out the review, Wes. Packaging is pretty cool, but it's a "party trick"that only works once. The rest of the watch is cool, but not something I could ever really use daily

Can't disagree with you there...for such a sporty watch, it needs more than 30m
Do they do non skeletonized? Then I’d be interested.
No, not that I've seen.

Hmm, I guess the positive reviews have allowed them to up their prices a bit. Glad to hear about the accuracy
The idea is interesting, but overall readability is substandard.
Indeed. I'm one that still uses the watch to read the time, so this is a tough sell for me.

Haha, there was a lot to show off in the B-Roll, so you get extra time 🤪

Do people still use their watch to tell the time lol?
@@TheJoel1892 I do, when I can't be bothered to get my phone from my pocket. But not everyone does I suppose
