Zeke Jaeger claims to have used gas mixed with his spinal fluid to transform the villagers of Ragako four years ago. He says he did not want to do it, but it was to provide cover while he was working for Marley. Levi Ackermann distrusts him though, because regardless of which side Zeke is truly working for, he does not seem to regret the lives taken.
Nicolo treats the Braus family at the restaurant where he works. Gabi Braun and Falco Grice make contact with him, in hopes of finding a way home, but Nicolo attacks her with a wine bottle when he learns that she is the one who killed Sasha Braus. Falco takes the brunt of the attack for her and is knocked unconscious. Both the Braus family and the Scouts intervene with Artur Braus choosing to forgo revenge. Subdued, Nicolo asks the Scouts to clean the wine out of Falco's mouth because it is probably tainted with Zeke's spinal fluid. Before they can finish bathing Falco, Eren and the Jaegerists arrive and take everyone hostage. - Розваги

All antagonists in anime always answer the questions of the main characters or immediately reveal their plans to them.
Hanji: answer my questions and tell me your plans.
Flock: Nope.
Maybe the rule is still working, it just points out to us that Hange is not a main character to have her questions answered :)

Here everyone has their own side in the confrontation, Elena and Zeke have theirs, Eren has theirs, the scouts, Marley, everyone here is stirring up something of their own. And then there is Grandma Kiyomi and so on.
In short, it’s a mess just like in life.
It’s finally starting to dawn on Gabi... She thought about all this for a long time, or rather, she didn’t think about it, but believed everything that was stuffed into her in Marley, and she hadn’t yet fully thought about it only the beginning of her progress.
13:14 - Flok also became insolent for a reason, he has a leader whom he follows... Once upon a time he was inspired by Erwin’s example in much the same way.
Flok is still an interesting character.
Flok now has a goal for which he is ready to kill and die, that’s why he became like this. Look at Eren, he’s not far off either...

Levi: They loved. But then Eren became sigma in the first half of season 4 and took them for himself, and Flock replaced me altogether in the second half.
P.S. Many of Levi's fans, when they saw Eren's insider's grandfather, immediately became his fans. This is noticeable in the art and fanfiction.😁
