It was a joy to be part of this, Having pretty much no experience in multiplayer Zomboid. Running into Gustav, Jane and Miless I believe to form the Beach Boys and watch it grow. Playing it very safe and surviving almost until the buses came because of a stray bullet that got lodged in my leg.
I get no KoS, it's not fun for newbies to be invited to an invent just to randomly die, and it's not fun for roleplay. But I kind of like the inclusion of a small psychopathic clan like Cult. It really adds a dynamic and a reason for players to want to work together. I miss them in these streams.
They can still kill they just need to rob first before they kill. That was the rule explained, it's not no killing at all just gotta rob them first not hide in the shadows and murder everyone.
I loved the end. Extraction could be changed to allow people in their own cars to form a caravan behind the bus and fight their way to a final spot. Turn up vehicle damage so they are more likely to break down too. Also i loved the guy trading 500 ciggarets to the trader
If everyone becomes a pacifist towards eachother, I think a cool event would be to have a final stand. Make the last event be every zombie is a sprinter. However, you give everyone 1 hour to prepare.

Have you ever considered recruiting Cult clan to come in *as* an event? In zombie movies, the real danger is usually not the zombies but the humans who go crazy--having an event where a heavily armed convoy full of supplies and cures passes right through the map (with no plan to stop, but players know the route to set up an ambush), or a wandering lunatic armed to the teeth sets up in a watchtower (which is packed to the gills with loot), or a roaming pack of anarchists do a "blue shell" run where they specifically target the largest clan (while driving around in a truck full of loot), etc.
its lame to have only one premade faction with special rules, if one team is allowed might as well allow everyone to pre-team, you'll get plenty of PVP anyway then

Give them a buildout and send them in after everyone else has had a chance to get established, to cause as much damage as possible (or fend off players who know exactly where they are and what they're carrying). I think having having a set number of players available to kos if they wish like on the civilization experiment could be a solution, it sets the story with a villian role already defined but it could solve some the conflicted worries about pvp
Something you should add in your servers is "The Only Cure" mod, or whichever is the current one, so people can cut off their arms to survive, would add an extra level to the game

I liked watching ppl get jumped in the mall episode. I think it’s boring when there’s no kos at all, but watching the server get wiped twice last time was painful to watch. And also, I don’t condone genocide. Maybe someone smarter than me can figure out a happy medium.

For events where groups aren't pre-planned, would be cool to give players a bit of backstory to how they got there or goals/events if you want it to be more of an RP direction.
I just started playing Project zombie and loving it i have been dyeing a lot. I always play kind of hard mode. 1 life and start again. each restart i live longer and longer. at the moment my personal record has been 11 days. I absolutely love your videos and hope when i understand it more to join one of these events. As it looks funny as hell. one thing i do wish your videos had was a counter bar. Showing how many people have been killed and how many are left to join and how many people are left in the world

If the goal of the trader is to have the long line create tense situations like you mentioned, the guards shouldn't intervene/try to control it. Kind of defeats the purpose. Von was a great player, went to the front of the car and shouted to get rid of some of the clowns and kept his mouth shut with the cures until he got with his clan
To be fair, seabass is a thousand hours player, but so is rick. Have you seeing the absurd challenges he does solo? Crazy. If those 2 and kuddles had form a faction they would probably rival the cult itself for dominance, maybe put another above average player on the mix as filler and you have a knock off version of the cult.
New rules have made the whole thing way less interesting - that's what happens when there isn't an established antagonist, and KOS is what provides it.

Or why not sending all donations to a found that is won by the last (wo)man standing ? An event like this is probably not for fishermen... Or how about...airborne infection when to many zeds cause lag ? cool would be an inverted escape szenario. Where the zeds crowd constantly in from the outside, to force players to team up to survive. Surviving is too easy in your szenrios And you should limit the colors for factions. For the viewers. I still would love to see a scenario without guns. Give them bows :D

I think that the trader event is kinda cool but i say get rid of the crashed trader event. It kinda takes away from the point of not killing the trader and is a little lame considering it is the only event for an hour

Would this work? 5 teams of 20 with 1 leader and 1 second in command In a 4 round game Each round a leader and a second must have 5 players go in to a pvp area with zombies filled in it to loot and must kill the opposing teams and all zombies 10 min to loot with no PvP then after the 10 min mark zombies and PvP is activated then after a round who ever wins a leader can get a limited number of things from a trader At the very end maybe a free roam round where they must try to survive horde events and also pvp and a team with the most inventory and supplies will have a better chance at surviving

You should have a "hunting season" event the players are the hunted and 4-8 heavily armed pvp players hunt them down for 1 hour

The final moments of Wife clan were easily a top moment.

This map is interesting. Most of it makes cars useless.
Should make the groups trade together as a rule, holding up the trader so others can't isn't fun.
They just learned from this first time.

Would this work?
5 teams of 20 with 1 leader and 1 second in command In a 4 round game
Each round a leader and a second must have 5 players go in to a pvp area with zombies filled in it to loot and must kill the opposing teams and all zombies
10 min to loot with no PvP then after the 10 min mark zombies and PvP is activated
then after a round who ever wins a leader can get a limited number of things from a trader
At the very end maybe a free roam round where they must try to survive horde events and also pvp and a team with the most inventory and supplies will have a better chance at surviving
i don't think seabass knows how to rob ppl... he gave them beer instead of taking beer lol :p
can people leave a faction of their own volition? or does it need like a vote? or was server rules not to leave faction once formed?
