Ron you good bro? Huffing and puffing while walking around this bunker.
Dude sounds like he needs medical attention. Won't last long being this out of shape.
Ron you need to do a stress test ASAP. Contact your doctor. 🙏🏻
Ron has been breathing like this for a while, he's not in good shape.
Getting his steps in today 😂
is he a smoker
Love it... neds an auxiliary escape and a place to hide a few vehicles... preferably accessible from the bunker. That retrofitted nbc air filtration is a must.
His glass blowing operation looks like bongs. 😂
he said “something like that” to him when he said “you making bottles or something” 💀 definitely bongs

Yes I do believe you are correct in that asumption lol
I’ve seen this one for sale over the years and I show my wife every time…..this one is my dream spot since it’s also close to home. Maybe next go round I’ll have that type of money 😍
it's a piece of junk dude, you don't have any redundancies and once you run out of fuel you're out of electric, look at all this expensive lights being run 24/7... you may have fuel for a bit, then what? there's no safety regarding the ventilation either, you're pulling dusty radioactive air from the outside, you don't have anything that generates oxygen, you not making any bunker for under a billion that is gonna be sustainable for more than a month at max 🙏
solar is also a no-no, you have to somehow hide them otherwise others will come and just destroy them to force you outside, simply speaking without a nuclear reactor you ain't surviving for more than a couple months max.

it needs a very well stocked gun room, and of course food food food
I'm sure it does
who going want to live down there for 20-50 years I don't think I would want to be alive if something bad happen, there no reason of living. at most you probably can stored about 3-5 years of food what happens food runs out.

Don't forget the confederate flags and Nudie mag mega library. If you're going to freak out in a ditch while eating slop buckets, do it right.
@@funtyes1970depending on where the nukes land hopefully the half-life has faded and North America didn’t ice over due to nuclear winter, you might be able to come out.
There is a AT&T bunker in Virginia. It is in awesome condition, if I remember correctly it is almost 20,000 sq ft., completely updated, they live there year round. While they have the ability to connect to power, they are completely off grid, have several large capacity storage batterries that enable them to have no concerns of running out of power. They get paid for spots on the tower that is still in use.
Nice video, know right where it is, my wife is from Manhattan Kansas.
Everyone stay safe, warm, happy 😊 and healthy. From Henrico County Virginia
Having worked for several tower communications companies, I’ve been in many of these AT&T 1960 era decommissioned bunker facilities over the years. Was always fascinated by them and wanted to own one, especially now, to hide from future drone wars. There’s a big one in the desert between Las Vegas and Los Angeles that used to be manned when the President was in flight during the Cold War, to keep communications to Air Force One & the Doomsday plane up in case of an emergency scenario. Interesting stuff!
A type of drone war has been going on for awhile now. They are using Y2K technology against people.
The drone war aspect of your perspective is the most important part.
Humans have an annoying habit of trivially dismissing the parts they would rather not be bothered with, good to see more and more accepting this as a logical conclusion far beyond battlefield concentrations.
I need one of these to protect me and my family from BLM / antifa . I live in fear every day with how crazy this country has gotten .

I've been in one of those, A guy owned one, that was basically in the middle of farmland, with a little building on top that looked like an old auto mechanics shop. Same Stairs and door style, though the one I saw was smaller than the one shown. He said he purchased his for 60,000, when it first got sold, That was around 2000-2001 time frame.

I'm in the poor class! Lol. Building my bunker by hand currently. It's not much but it's better than nothing. Great video!
Don't need a bunker if you are a Born Again Christian, The Rapture will pull you out into the ULTIMATE "bunker" for eternity before the Tribulation hits.
Revelation 6 says: "15 Everyone hid in caves and among the rocks of the mountains. This included the kings of the earth, the princes and the generals. It included rich people and powerful people. It also included everyone else, both slaves and people who were free. 16 They called out to the mountains and rocks, 'Fall on us!'"
These billionaires think they will gain advantage over common people during the Day of the Lord. They will not. The time will be so terrible, there is no place to hide. Their only relief would be in coming to Christ - the one thing they are unwilling to do.
@@DonaldFry-es7tzwould you want judgement day to come after you already sold your soul to the devil?
That’s why these awful people are scrambling to hide!
Don’t get me wrong, I like to prep as much as I can, my bet is in an EMP, but if true end of days come I can meet my maker with no fear, the opposite actually.
All these politicians, billionaires that made their money from exploiting the poor and trashing the Earth. Stealing homes from people and God’s animals for more money than they can ever spend.
They’re all corrupt, some just way more so than others. I would be afraid if I were them as well.
I've come up with a genius way that anyone can use to build themselves a fallout shelter that rivals the luxury of an atlas survival shelter. As far as I know I am the first person to ever think of this method and I would like to share it with you all.
Thank you, your sacrifice allows billionares such as this to flourish! God Bless America.

I worked in and on these bunkers as an AT&T building Tech in the late 80's. I used to to think about building a modest ranch home on the top and faking out guest with a trip into the basement.. LOL
I wish I had the money. This is a steal for 1.5 million. It's worth way more than that. If i win the lottery tomorrow I will call you Ron.
Yeah, buy this and build a normal house at ground level to completely cover the fact that there is a bunker underneath.
Only if I had the money.
I have seen this place on the market several times in the last 10 years. I wouldn't want it because everybody knows where it is, including our enemies.
Even having to invest a couple million to get it up and running, it’s still worth it. But unless you’re near Missouri, one may never make it there in time in the event of an explosion.
Honestly, just build new house with reinforced basement and blast door. Much more worth it. You can then make everything to your needs, and bunker that's in your house it always going to be more useful not just as bunker. And you can actually use and maintain it day to day. Remote bunker like this sounds cool, but you need to get there first, it's harder to maintain due to probably being quite way off, and you can't really use it for normal stuff like you could one under your house.
So this is how The Lord works, the poor will somehow tell your grandchildren thank you for building this for them. Gods people will be safe in there, somehow the original owners will be outside dealing with the elements. Just the messenger 🎉
That is a really fantastic one. For sure a few bits of work needing to be done to get it back to the original purpose but for 1.5 mil I am sure someone could have a bit left over, heck if I had the money and knowledge it would be tempting to try and 'flip' it but I am sure that would come with a few issues.
With the land on top as well if you are a cautious dude you could easily disguise it up a bit, really make it look like a random old utility building of some kind to anyone that didn't know what they were looking for.
I like the way this owner has blended the industrial, modern and classic interiors. Many times your eyes are drawn away from the industrial functionality of the bunker by adding eye Candy in key locations. Now the only thing missing is an indoor shooting range.
Nah, just get laser rounds for practice anywhere.
And million's of rounds of various types of ammo.
Sweet bunker ! Thanks for tour 👍
All that space and there is enough food for one month hahaha. Whoever buys that should take a room and do a garden.
Nah thats enough food for like a year, if you gon on the thrive website you will see how expensive it is and how many serving sizes are in each can, i saw some beef cans that had about 7 servings so its alot of food and they are like 30 or more dollars per can
@@streamerclips6502 yea they are expensive no doubt. 1 serving isn’t one meal btw. It’s like 3 bites.

@@jotork3774 You don't get rich by a job, you need your own company.
Great bunker if you are either there or have a few days warning to get to it. For a "Bolt Out of The Blue" or surprise attack, this bunker is useless because it is too far away to get to. If you live there that is a wonderful bunker and would be great to own as a secondary bunker you can have if time permits to get to it. Your primary bunker needs to be where you live or work so you can get to it within 20 minutes to an hour after attack max, if you are not in the blast or fireball in which case you will be turned into carbon ash... This would also make a great bunker for a group to buy. Another great video. Many pros and cons for every bunker but this one is great. A simple "U" or double "U" entrance also negates the need for massive $50,000 blast doors. Also, Why do you need a nuclear blast bunker in an area that will not get nuked? All you need is a radiation/tornado bunker there and that can be above ground and then covered in gravel and soil at a much lower cost and much less maintenance. Do not let emotion allow you to buy something you do not need. Use some of your rational thinking skills BEFORE buying a bunker that is much more than what you need or not where you actually need it to be.
How would you know in advance where and what type of bombs they drop?
@@BladePocok Они..это мы?! Русские?! Я бы не хотел этого. They..is it us?! Russians?! I wouldn't want that. I don't like Putin.
@@MrCans94 Well, the "enemy" can be anyone who drops the bomb, I didn't say who!
@@BladePocok I agree with you.
If I were a billionaire and I had $10M budgeted to spend on that place, I'd probably build a large house on top of the entrance, put a wall around the property to turn it into a family compound, hire some hippies to turn unallocated land into a permaculture food forest with the understanding, should the time come, they would come into the bunker. I'd build a legitimate bank vault type structure to replace the current topside building and the building itself would be built to withstand a 12 PSI overpressure and roughly 7 PSI overpressure for windows. So, if there was a scare, the family would come in to hang out at the compound and if the time were to arise it was necessary to go underground, that would be as simple as going downstairs. I'd also work on emergency escapes, putting in equipment to keep things running, some health and fitness equipment, some wordy word books, communications equipment, etc. I think I would also bring in an interior decorator. You can tell that he is ready to get out of there after 6 months. I'm not sure if that is the most strategic place to make a $10M investment, though, that would require more research and analysis.
There is one just like you are describing in Lake Placid NY. Old missile silo with its own air strip and hangers with a nice big house built over the entrance to the underground missile base. Not sure what they want for it now but it was 1.5-2.0 mil last time I looked 5-6 years ago. Much larger than this place, much nicer and included a pretty good chunk of land in a really beautiful place in the mountains.
Why would any rogue nation ever detonate a nuke there in the first place? It's NEAR nothing. They'd have to DIRECT TARGET this site in order that you'd need ANY of your nuke protections. Silly.
Awesome. Even knowing it would still need some upgrades and a little work, this would be a great foundation for a solid bunker system.
So cool there! Wow. What a bunker!
Money can't buy happiness but it sure
Can buy a Dream Bunker.😮😅😊
Nice Bunker.❤❤
Funny how you need a secret room in an underground sealed bunker with an 3” 21:29 steel door. 😂
Gun storage ?
“what are you making little bottles or something”
“yah… something like that.” 💀
While this was built decades ago, something I often see lacking is a consideration for connected devices. Just because the internet would be down, doesn't mean there wouldn't be use for connected computers and other devices. A central server that can share media, digital library, etc with wired connections throughout would be a must to me.
With a big library of games, movies, books, etc. That would be sexy. And of course a spare parts of computer parts in case of failure xD
EMP from a blast would kill any tech to connect! AM radio frequencies would be about it! If there even is anything sending! Only thing a computer would be good for is something already stored on a hard drive!
@@mikeklinger1712 right, that's exactly what I'm talking about. Local (internal) tech infrastructure.
Only 'connected' devices that would be useful in a true apocalypse are a ham radio and AM radio frequencies.

Awesome! If I had the money... 😁 That looks great. Lots of head room in the theatre room. You could split the room an make that have two floors for more rooms. If I seen that place, id just assume its some sort of weather station or something.
I just looked up AT&T bunkers and found a little piece on one (Not the one in video "I think") which says :
Alfred Easton Poor. Photo from Core77 Constructed in 1967, the 7,700 square-foot bomb shelter was built by AT&T to be used in the event of a nuclear disaster to house five people for up to 30 days to keep the lines of communication open.
Sure the one in this video could hold more than 5 people for longer than 30 days! 😅🍻🍻
30 days? How do they come up with those figures? The water storage tank has 10,000 gallons in it. In such a scenario, a person only needs 1 gallon per day. With all of that space, you could have years and years of freeze dried food. So much space for food that you’d have to worry about its shelf life first, which is 25 years. The only problem this one would have is power. It’s connected to the grid. It needs solar panels, a battery bank, and a whole lot of fuel for the diesel generators, because the panels and wiring might not make it due to the EMPs. I’d think that 5 people could live in this thing for 5 years. After a certain amount of time goes by, it would be safe enough to head back up and replace the panels and wiring. It’s really the first few weeks that is the most dangerous. In this thing, you wouldn’t have to worry about that.
I mean… in this thing, you could set up a greenhouse with grow lights even. You could have fish even.
@@NothingButSilicone Agree. Although like I said, I don't think the info I seen was referring to the featured bunker in this brilliant video.
Only other thing I can think of is the technology of the time of construction may not be as good as modern systems?

a simple addition of Sound Soak would stop all the echo. Same stuff we use in US Embassies....About the AT&T sites. There is one less than a mile from me in Great Falls, Virginia in a neighborhood called Holly Knolls right of Rt. 7 and near (Rt (193) George Town Pike. Still active to this day too...Built on huge springs as well. As a kid I did a "field trip there". About two miles from this site is an old Nike/Hercules missile site too. One of many that ringed DC incase of a Soviet bomber flight.
Sound Soak would definitely work. I used to live right next to an old Nike missile base in Lumberton, NJ. The underground missile storage has been flooded long ago, and now there is a housing development where it once stood. Sometimes I wonder if the new residents know what is below their basements!

Most people don't realize, diesel will only last 6 months and to 1 year at MOST (with very good containment and preservatives added) as it degrades, after that you're only going to last as long as the batteries do and THEN you're outside.
If you could dig down deep enough (10-20km) where the rock temperate us 500 degrees C, you could run a steam turbine, an endless source of energy! There are companies working on it, so if not right now, that source of energy will soon be available... at least for those with deep enough pockets.
I also guess that in places like Hawaii that could be doable at much less depth, which would explain why a lot of the ultra rich are suddenly going out there to build bunkers.
