@@BryanKleanit wasn’t really his stamina, he was so used to dudes being knocked out in the first from his attacks. Strickland literally ate or parried his best shots and you could literally see Abus have the oh shit I’m fucked realization mid round. He crumbled at the first sign of adversity
I think people don't get that Sean isn't the type to come out guns blazing, period. So yeah you can go full steam ahead and make people think "if they wouldn't have gotten tired they would have won" but Sean is just the type to feel you out, figure out the timing, distance, etc then just start chipping away at your health bar.
He did win the round, but also Sean did parry, block, check, or roll with almost all his best shots. It wasn't what people thought it was. If he works on what he needs to, he might be something. Never a champ but maybe a solid top 10-15
When I was a mega casual I watched DDP fight on the Mcgregor card and said "he will do really well". Honestly a good guess because the king goofy goober has a belt now
