Hello, I just found your account today, and I am so excited, to find someone else growing in my zone! I am in Jacksonville, so we have a lot of things in common with growing fruits and vegetables. And flowers… One of my very favorites. Thanks for sharing!
I am so excited to have found your channel!! I’ve been following Roots and Refuge for years and LOVE her garden tours so to find someone in my zone doing them makes my day. I just started trying to garden last year. No wins with the tomatoes yet so living vicariously through you now.
Aww, thank you!! I hope you’ll enjoy my content 💛 tomatoes can be a little tricky, so hang in there! I dealt with plenty of my own tomato issues this year too.
Thats sun scald on the last one at 18.30 keep some foliage for shade . If you keep feeding the 20-20-20 through that drip tape most of those varieties will go to first frost. Awesome harvest.
This video deserves more views! It's so satisfying to watch tomatoes being harvested 🍅 I have some Blue Beauty seeds but I'll have to buy some Black Beauty seeds as well. They look so tasty!
I just found your channel. I live in Central Fl and wondering how other Floridians store the canned goods. We are just above sea level, so no root cellars here.
Excellent harvest! I live in southern Michigan now, but within a couple years I plan on making the move to northern Florida, probably somewhere around Jacksonville, and I truly love to garden but I've been told tomatoes don't grow well there. Here in Michigan tomatoes are my favorite and for the most part grow very well. What month did you film this?
I’m also in North Florida (Live Oak). My tomatoes have ripened a little at a time. It’s been pretty steady until the last week. The plants have gotten sickly and I’ve had to pull a few out. I’m debating on doing another round of tomatoes.
I debated doing another round as well, but I think I’m out of storage space and this batch will last me a long while! 😅 I wish mine ripened a little at time. I’m an hour away from Live Oak, so that’s interesting!
They are actually mostly indeterminate! This was from last year, but from what I remember the only one I grew that was determinate was Martinos Roma ☺️

@13:22 that caterpillar was flying before it had wings! lol
Nice crop! I've grown Blue Berries, beautiful variety. Wish I was in Florida right now, pretty grey here in Ontario. Cheers!
Wow this is absolutely gorgeous!! The baskets are looking stunning
looks like they are all determinate tomatoes. Very good gardening for sure but I like to stretch mine out through the end of October.

Your tomatoes all ripen at the same time because they are determinate tomatoes with short growing season

@@FaithLenzo Then I'm surprised that their growth looks like determinate tomatoes.
