I don't think roti is weird for breakfast. I have had a breakfast containing roti half my life. I think it's way better than breads, like you said. You don't put artificial food chemicals in your body that way. I really like how you experiment with cooking and how you come up with ideas for meals. It's very helpful! Thanks a lot. Just out of curiosity though, I saw that in many of your dishes you don't use turmeric. Is it a personal preference or is there any particular reason to it?

That looks like a regular kitchen knife. A chef's knife is longer, a little wider and slightly curved. I bought mine on Amazon...came up when I typed chef's knife.

I would recommend u to eat fresh home cooked foods.. Do not eat any processed foods or sugary items... And importantly add fruit juices in breakfast... I am telling u will make a difference in health
