the reason it sounds choppy while wearing headphones is because the song is in stereo mode(played with delay bouncing from left and right ear) and needs to be converted into monophonic mode(sound will come from one place no delay as tracks will be synced to play in both ears) you could fix it up in audacity theres helpful tutorials on how to switch stereo to mono, i fixed it here's the link ua-cam.com/video/beCm7ta6Tno/v-deo.html
