Ayda plays the roles of mother, wife, mental health supporter and all-around superwoman - but how does she cope with being depended on so heavily? And who is the ‘rescuer’ in your relationship? Nadia says she’s aware that she and Mark could be described as ‘co-dependent’, but has chosen to accept and see it in a positive light. Being an actor or singer yes is a hard life but we all put on faces for the world everyday. Addiction and mental health is real and needs to be talked about even more. So many people on the streets are suffering from one or both. ❤
