I’ve learnt something alota people don’t realize I have seriously warm hands and was messing my dough up so what I do now is stick my hands in ice water quickly dry my hands and then do that extra hand crumbling part now that’s a great tip for us seriously warm hearted cooks❤️🇨🇦

I don't have a stand mixer so I did everything with a hand mixer. It came out so so good. All the picky eaters in my house ate these! I did the fried version and saved the other half of the dough to do the baked tmrw. Ty for the recipe!!

I love making empanadas I just buy the Goya pre made disc because I make homemade sofrito to go into my meat and I use potatoes as binder to keep the meat from falling out all of that is time consuming maybe one day I'll get a mixer for homemade disc I'll make sure I'll use your recipe when I do 💯❤️❤️❤️
