The NAR website references that "Written agreements are required for both in-person and 'LIVE' virtual home tours". I interpret "LIVE" to mean buyers will still be able to just view home photos online without an agreement. Is this correct? Thank you for your vlogs.
@@LifePinkorporated yes that is absolutely correct. You can still view all the photos and virtual tours that are posted online. When I work with out of town buyers I often FaceTime my buyers and show them the home that would require an agreement. We do also have a showing agreement - like a showing agreement that would allow me to take a buyer into a home and show them one home. Did this answer your question?
