Thank you Chase for the walk through. I’ve been using PoLo since August. It’s great! I noticed that on your map you have different color dots. Mine are all red. Is there a setting that changes the dots based upon RST?
I just found it on Saturday after I got done doing some Ohio QSO party stuff on 40 meters. But am planning on using it soon. Please ask Sebastian if it is possible to install AI on Polo to where the user can put it on AI mode, so when you are making DX contacts while driving the app can auto log for you?
Just used this app for the first time today. Game changer! My only question is do you end the activation somehow on the app? When I go back to my activation earlier today I notice it still has a running clock with time since last QSO.
Glad you had a chance to check it out! I have not run into a situation where the running clock has been an issue. Your POTA/SOTA logs track the QSO time, and total time on does not matter, as far as I know. But to answer your question, the end of your activation would just be the last contact you made, and the clock just runs telling you the last time a contact was logged in the log file. Hope this answers your question! Thanks for watching, 73!

Just a quick question, how to you submit your log to POTA? And is it difficult? Thanks again for a really good video. 73 W8RLP Roger

I guess if someone is just using it as their daily log then they would need to create a new "operation" each day...or after each .adif export?

Having problems exporting the adi.file? File won’t attach. Any suggestions?
Does the compact vs full file name really make a difference for uploading?
