Great activation, Jeff! KJ6ER is probably my favorite POTA activator to hunt. He's always enthusiastic and friendly. Manages his pileups like a master. When his pileup is light he'll spend some time chatting, and when he has a big pileup he works you quickly yet still makes it feel personal.
Yeah, for Windows people, I don’t think many would switch, but HAMRS & PoLo are really geared towards smartphones & tablets, IMHO. Thanks for watching & 73!
“Seems”? LOL. Are you new to POTA? Because not all logging apps are made for POTA or SOTA so the app doesn’t pull that info from the POTA or SOTA spotting site and people like to keep track of those numbers. Thanks for watching & 73!

When you do POTA with your vehicle tailgate up - how to keep your car battery from running down??
73
I never ever is my car battery. I run off of LFePO4 batteries. Always have.
@@K3JRZOnTheAir Not for the radio gear - I have had issues with tailgate up- interior lights come on and in car and run battery down
@@pakeck1 Never had any issues with that, but I am not out for hours and hours all day when I do POTA >normally
Why spend time sharing park numbers - seems like they are not logged?
