Not just another diver, if I didn't already have enough of them I'd consider this. An 9015 with date at 6 beats 90% of divers at this price and for some reason a lot of people are obsessed with lume and it doesn't get any better than this ( for about 25 years anyway) nice to see something a little different.
Hey thanks Phil - I would be inclined to agree with all you’ve said there :)
Very nice looking watch 👍
Thanks :)
I sometimes ponder on this question: if dive watches didn’t exist, would the traditional wristwatch market be as big as it currently is? I raise this question because dive watches are the most popular style of traditional watches; I personally prefer them over other styles.
If by "traditional" you mean NOT smartwatches, then yes I think you're right in that they are the most popular. However, if divers didn't exist, then probably some version of a waterproof explorer type watch would be the most popular type.
Divers are about a tenth of my collection, if they didn't exist I'd probably have fewer watches.

good to see you again, Ivan. My father said that "if I got nothing good to say about someone or something, better to keep my mouth shut". I guess that I will be taking my dad's advice on this, ha ha. Ivan, hopefully you will be wowing us with something special. Thanks again and have a great Sunday.
Haha thanks - well I hope to find more interesting stuff but they’re not exactly coming out in droves after Christmas here!
Morning, I really like it, it is a nice looking watch and the tritium option I have only really seen on Ball divers. The dial is busy but they have held back on the text and logo so it seems to work well. How is the micro adjust? You clearly demonstrate the clasp is awful, so is it buy this watch and get new clasp as well.
Thanks for the thoughts - Swiss Army (Victorinox), Marathon and Luminox are some other brands that often use Tritium gas tube lume.
The micro-adjust is just like many of such OEM clasps... it's serviceable but nothing special at all. You don't really have to buy a new bracelet, but just to be aware it's not excellent and possibly the worse part of the watch.
Other colours stand out more especially if the bezel is swapped out for a completely contrasting one the pink bezel again the grey watch would look fantastic or even the Aqua green bezel for a splash of couloir to make it stand out
Thanks for sharing those observations - you make some good points
Thanks for the video. The watch "looks" good as a whole. I just do not like the look of the end link fit, dial design, bezel insert, clasp choice. I like the movement. Cheers!!!
Haha sounds like it doesn’t look good after all!
I really like that watch, shame they couldn't come up with a better brand name
Haha thanks for that... yeah the name is a bit "meh" but at least works in terms of SEO haha!
Looks Ok ... but it reminds me of another watch ... but i can't remember which one
Well the bezel (and even the hands) is very much 50 Fathoms style
blood diver
What
Pure unadulterated dross... the watch too.
Yep, that’s what your comment is for sure!
@@PerthWAtch And yours is the school playground equivalent of "nuh ah says you" 🤣
Wrong again, Steve - do better!
