Vangelis for Omnisphere is a tribute soundset of synth emulations and Vangelis-inspired sounds, carefully created by Luftrum by closely studying some of the classics Vangelis composed throughout his life. The collection contains 115 presets, divided among 90 patches and 25 multis.
This demo is from the soundset, straight out of Omnisphere. No EQ, no compression, and no other sounds or effects are used. The preset used, are written in the timeline below.

I confess that I'm not a Vangelis aficianado, but from what I remember of the films I've seen that he scored, you've really captured his sound beautifully. And aside from the tribute to a great composer, these are terrific instantly usable sounds in their own right.

Great sound bank, very well done. I think to be cynical as there are those trying to capitalize on someone's name legacy. This soundest, is exceptional, in that its evident you spent a lot of time with each patch. I sincerely think Evángelos would be proud.
-- 7:18 Tthe album Vangelis Direct is what first inspired me to learn how to play keyboards at age 7 in 1988. This song in particular was the first I figured out by ear. The other guy that inspired me is Kitaro. The bittersweet thing about their music over the last 34 years, is that no one I've known in person (family, friends, acquaintances) ever heard of them.
What's funny is that whenever I play Will of the Wind and Metallic Rain, the first remark is usually "This doesn't sound 80s at all." Which supports the notion that his music was ahead of its time, even in retrospect. -- Anyhow, great soundest. I must admit I was hoping to hear BladeRunner - End Titles as the last song. :)

As i have all the Soundtracks and albums from Vangelis you have captured his sound constructions in omnispher very close to some of the original used synths / score or music compositions of the incredible composer Evangelos Odysseas Papathanassiou Vangelis.
This are incredible sounding patches! Really i have no words. Unfortunatelly i dont have omni yet. :/ If i may kindly ask, is there some chances to make something simillar for other synth. Maybe Zebra/ZebraHZ in future?!

Well since the update is free, yes you should.
Hi Ice. Yes, the set is created in v2.8, so you would need that version (or any later version) to play the soundset.

can i ask from which site you get those Bladerunner Midis from ? or did you played it by yourself ??
All the midi files are created by me, except for the guitar part in La Petite Fille de la Mer.
