Another Mutant for the books!! Let me know what you think of The Fisherman and what you'd like to see next! I'm thinking about doing some foundational sculpting videos-how to sculpt a face, hands, make a good armature etc. Maybe even a whole new getting started video since my last one is over 5(?) years old now. Thanks for watching and being here!! See you in the next one ❤
Omg I love it I actually was just trying to design a fisherman of my own but no where near you amazing mutant mine had a long skinny face and seaweed hair and a bit of facial hair and green moss on him and he has shorts and shirt with pockets similar like the zookeepers outfit and then he had fishing hooks attached to his hat and fishing pole with a mutant fish😂 it looked funny but I thought it was ok but I still love yours you never fail to impress me❤
I like this guy. You should sculpt his wife, a basketweaver/homemaker, who in loneliness and despair went looking for him out on the lake with hopes that she could bring him back home. But blinded by his transformation, the fisherman was no longer able to recognize her in that moment so he sliced her up and just about took her life. But ultimately, when he heard her screams something in him woke up. Their love was a bit stronger than the curse. The fisherman pleaded with the entity to save what was left of her. In the end, she too was tranformed into a mutilated mutant. Maybe that's her heart on the fishing line and she is a hearless mutant.
Love the way his voice deepens and the music slows down as he gives little creepy bits of story and then just goes back to sculpting like nothing happened.
I think this guy would have benefited alot from having some more watery feature to tie him to the lake and how that he is spending alot of time under water. Maybe some seaweed on his clothes, fishbones tangled in his beard or barnacles growing on his skin. Crew of the flying dutchman from pirates of the carribean kind of vibe. Anyways, amazing sculpture!
Anyone else dislike the airbrush? Not because it doensnt look amazing, because it does, but because you prefer watching Anthony paint by hand using a brush? I find it so relaxing to watch, but for some reason the airbrush with thr sculpture so far away doenst give me that same feeling. I also love watching him blend out the details, because its so satisfying. I think it might have something to do with my lizard brain why i love it.
I miss the brush painting because it is full of techniques and information about color blending. I’m always amazed at the unexpected colors that end up being dry-brushed over other colors which make for so much depth and texture. But I respect Anthony’s choice to decide when he uses another method. I do agree that the brush is my favorite to watch.
Omg!!! I am so glad you decided to do a Fisherman. He definitely fits into your Hidden world. You did a great job on him. Please put a book together Ace of all their stories. You know what an incredible movie it would make as well? Again, great job, and I definitely think its time to start thinking of more clay backgrounds to go with these amazing characters ❤ Have you thought about a Carpenter yet? Or a Funeral Home Director?
I love the stark coloration of The Fisherman and of course, this makes the bloody heart and splatter really stand out. Thank you - thank you for your furtile mind and awesome talent!! ♥
This is my favorite mutant by far. He's story is so dark I LOVE IT. The blood and heart of his victim, fantastic touch - really tells us how horrifying he is. Well done👏👏👏
I could honestly just listen to your voice as you tell the backstory lol ... But watching the sculpting process is a wonderful bonus lol ... Love you Ace ❤❤❤
I began watching your stuff around 2021 on my old school account (when I was avoiding schoolwork haha)! I saw the Ice Cream Man mutant video when it first came out and thought it was AWESOME! You inspired me to start tinkering with sculpting and clay and stuff. So awesome to see how far your series have come. ☺️
I really love his hat and grumpy face! And you can just imagine him shrieking at teenagers 😂 What about the "fallen princess" she's a beauty queen who was a spoilt brat, or "the banker " who embezzled funds and got hooked on drugs. Then I though of the swan guide, she was a champion ice skater who practiced on her family's pond and fell through the ice into an underwater portal
i like to think that his anti-mutant counterpart is a fishing trowler, like a ghostship that sails the lake with him and they're in a constant struggle against eachother as he tries to sink the ship and the ship constantly tries to fight against the towering waves the fisherman forces it to face, that or it's a fishing net or an anchor or something similar to something that would've been in the water with him, maybe even an old school diving suit. me personally, i love to see your mutants, but i also become curious when you make a new one as I try to figure out what could be their anti-mutant if there is one for some of them. Ik there isn't for all of them, but the ones that do i'm always curious about.
I'm not sure if you intended it but I like how his face reminds me of a shark with the shape of the nose and sharp triangular teeth very fitting for his character since he is a fisherman!
Hey I love the work you do! And the mutant series is my favorite! I have an idea for one. I feel like their should be one called the shape shifter and it can look as a normal human but whenever it gets the chance to it turn people into mutants. I feel like it would look like a nanny or an old grandma just walking around babysitting young children to look normal and cute. But whenever people come over to look at the baby the baby is the one who gets them and transforms them.
Have you ever thought of writing a book of short stories or puta.l the character back stories into one book. I’d love it and sure so many others would to xx
😍 Oh wow! my little guts and gory heart just loves The Fisherman. Looks awesome ACE 😊 LOL just need a Hero character now that can help us transverse those horror filled waters. Maybe a Frog Guide or a Platypus Guide 🤷♀ eh something different.
I think it would be awesome to have a book with all the mutants and guides and everyone. 1 book per year. I'd buy them all. I would also love to see your version of the empty child from Doctor Who. It would be fantastic!
I saw a short film of a man walking on a beach where he spots a chocolate éclair on a paper doily. He looks around with no one in sight, picks up the éclair and takes a bite. That's when a massive hook jumps out of the water and lands through his cheek. He struggles as he is dragged into the water. This was from a horror anthology series that I saw many years ago. Please tell me you can see the connection mindblown🤯
It is awesome ! I have a question though. What are the times you use to bake? Can you bake the figure two times like if you wanna add more details? Doesn't it crack?
I'm not Ace, but in my experience, polymer clay doesn't crack no matter how many times you bake it. It eventually changes color a bit, but if you are going to paint it anyway, that has no effect. Just don't bake it hotter than the manual says, or it starts disintegrating.
I would love to see you make any kaiju from all the atlantic rim and pacific rim movies, or from any and all godzilla movies or similar movies. I wish that you would make any of the kaijus. Please.
I would love to see someone named the teller and he is a survivor and he is really old and forgets things easily. But he has the only way to save the people from the Hidden world but shows no one and says he will only show his grandson his secret if he is ready. And the grandpa would be sitting in like a rocking chair with a blanket all old and tiny looking maybe holding the book to save the people.
They should make a game of the mutant universe, I swear it would sale off the shelfs fast. But I haven’t seen u create another anti-mutant in so long. You should make one for the nurse. Just saying
Alienated from the clique society, A lonely boy finds peace in fishing. His mother says John this is not the way life's supposed to be. Don't you see the life that you are missing? And he says When I grow up I want to be, One of the harvesters of the sea. I think before my days are done, I want to be a fisherman.
So are the mutants aware of their past? Like does the fisherman or the ice cream man remember making the deal with the entity, and maybe even regret it? Or revel in the power they got? Cause i think the ice cream man got screwed, all he wanted to do was sell ice cream and he became a mythological cleaner. But even if the fisherman is forced to stay on the lake, he wanted power. And power he got. So he might be happy about the deal. And willingly do the entity's bidding. On the other hand the ice cream man might regret his transformation and just does it because he has nothing else anymore. But he's not the one attacking humans, he just cleans the results of other mutants. And if there is another mutant, that does regret the deal they have made, would they continue being a menace, attacking humans for the entitys behalf, because they feel like thats the only thing they can do, or would there be a punishment from the entity if they didnt? Im not saying they become a good guy, we already have established that the pure of heart become guides. But lets say someone (like the dentist) would take a deal with the entity, and would do evil as a mutant. Because thats what dentists do. But they would grow a conscience (If they can). And would see they got the raw end of the deal, and would no longer work for the entity. They would still be mutants (i dont think you can no longer become human if you are transformed, same with guides), they wouldnt do good. They just wouldnt do the job the entity gave them. The dentist office would slowly fall out or order, like it has gotten abandoned. People talk in whispers of a creature that used to inhabit the space. Would the dentist stay as they were when they were transformed, or would they themselves also go into disarray as the office would slowly but surely fall apart?

I loved that zookeeper guy riding an austrich, i really like characters riding unusual animals. I d love to see you make another one like that.
A police man riding a k9😂 or a custodian in the cart like an orange cart with his cleaning supplies in the back would be cool❤
What about a gambler holding the dead mams hand ..
Love watching
Will the Fisherman have a monstrous fish pet?
I can't be the only one that would love a comic of these.
Or a stop-motion series
Yeeeees!
I'd love either of those
Love it...I'd watch the Heck out a stop motion movie of it! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
I think it will be like Nightmare Before Christmas

This is a really cool mutant, i would really love to see "The Bee Keeper"😅
That's pretty funny.
Yeah man , the beekeeper should be the next one,his son could be the bee guide.
@@Milli-j8r dang that would be sick
Love the way his voice deepens and the music slows down as he gives little creepy bits of story and then just goes back to sculpting like nothing happened.
You got that right
The blood splatter just took it up a notch with the heart! I love it
It'd be cool to have their original forms sculpted as well so you have physical "before and after" versions.
ace of clay posted? hell yeah he did!!!
ps ... how much in bribe money for you to make a seven deadly sins series ....?
I think this guy would have benefited alot from having some more watery feature to tie him to the lake and how that he is spending alot of time under water. Maybe some seaweed on his clothes, fishbones tangled in his beard or barnacles growing on his skin.

I love your clay sculptures
Hi Anthony, I'm such a huuuuuge fan of your work

You keep surpassing yourself… 🙌🙌🙌 keep them coming, we love meeting each character, they are ✨👌
Love this guy and all of your original characters!
Love his menacing face and heart on a hook.
I love the fisherman he looks amazing it really inspire me to sculpt one too and I would really like to see the next guide character
Nicely done Ace.
All the characters are ready and the story need a director like Tim Burtom to achive a master piece.
Excellent work ! 🎃🎃🎃
I love the stark coloration of The Fisherman and of course, this makes the bloody heart and splatter really stand out. Thank you - thank you for your furtile mind and awesome talent!! ♥
I'd love to see you try your hand at some of the characters from Dune.
This is my favorite mutant by far. He's story is so dark I LOVE IT. The blood and heart of his victim, fantastic touch - really tells us how horrifying he is. Well done👏👏👏
I really like your own characters and their stories. It's so unique!
I could honestly just listen to your voice as you tell the backstory lol ... But watching the sculpting process is a wonderful bonus lol ... Love you Ace ❤❤❤
Looks amazing, this whole series of characters is great!
You deserve WAY more views and attention! Your work is wildly impressive ✨
Nice work as always 👏
Love it! Great job on the fishing pole!
Awesome design, I love the pose and color palette 💯💯💯
That's an very scary and awesome sculpture. Love the backstory. Well done!!
I really love his hat and grumpy face! And you can just imagine him shrieking at teenagers 😂
What about the "fallen princess" she's a beauty queen who was a spoilt brat, or "the banker " who embezzled funds and got hooked on drugs. Then I though of the swan guide, she was a champion ice skater who practiced on her family's pond and fell through the ice into an underwater portal
The Mailman, so far, has been my favorite. I just started the video, so maybe I'll change my mind.
I LOVE your sculptures so much!!!! I am so inspired by your imagination! I always look forward to seeing what you will create next!!!!
Amazing sculpt and backstory. I like thathe has those kind of piranha teeth, super cool since he us a fisherman.
And you look great too in the video!
Love him! Great sculpt!
I just finished watching Jaws like 2 seconds ago 🤣 This could not be more Perfect 🥰😍
I would honestly like to see a game or movie about you're book. It would be amazing 😅😂
Not even watched it because i was busy but it went straight up into my sleeping playlist 🔥
I’d love to see more Anti-mutants!!!
Good Lord this will give me nightmares tonight… you are a great creator and fiendishly good with your stories TY x❤
He looks great 🥰
i like to think that his anti-mutant counterpart is a fishing trowler, like a ghostship that sails the lake with him and they're in a constant struggle against eachother as he tries to sink the ship and the ship constantly tries to fight against the towering waves the fisherman forces it to face, that or it's a fishing net or an anchor or something similar to something that would've been in the water with him, maybe even an old school diving suit. me personally, i love to see your mutants, but i also become curious when you make a new one as I try to figure out what could be their anti-mutant if there is one for some of them. Yet another really unique addition to the Mutant verse 🎉😁
I'm not sure if you intended it but I like how his face reminds me of a shark with the shape of the nose and sharp triangular teeth very fitting for his character since he is a fisherman!
This looks great🤩👏👏👏👏
I think I will stick with my swimming pool.
Thanks Anthony 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼🐟🐟

Love the fisherman so cool. I am a sculptor and I also do fishing lures. I love them all I can’t pick a favorite but this one is pretty close.
😍 Oh wow! my little guts and gory heart just loves The Fisherman. Looks awesome ACE 😊 LOL just need a Hero character now that can help us transverse those horror filled waters.
Maybe a Frog Guide or a Platypus Guide 🤷♀ eh something different.
Awesome
I wish you could make a movie with all of your characters! It would be a great tim Burton film
Liked when you started with the wires to learn more
Creepy and awesome!
Looking well mate 👍
At 1 million subscribers you should do a sculpt of the entity itself ✨️
AY UP ACE OF CLAY
This video got me thinking that you should sculpt a giant kraken to go along with the fisherman or a lock nest monster
I think it would be awesome to have a book with all the mutants and guides and everyone. 1 book per year. I'd buy them all.
I would also love to see your version of the empty child from Doctor Who. It would be fantastic!
Ohh a museum curator would be cool. Maybe he's becoming one with the exhibits or art galary
No skull motif! I was expecting you to make a skull lure, haha. Love him and his fantastic hat, though! ALSO, that shirt looks great on you!
I don’t understand why you don’t have more views
Love it!! Should’ve had some seaweed on him.
Mantap master 😊
Cool
Theres no way i was the only one who was tickled by the separation of the 'O' and 'N' in the intro
I wanna see the moment you realized the o and n were together. I saw the fix 😂❤️

Eyy
I would love to see you make a goofy version of Ben Grimm from the fantastic four! Maybe the original comic version.....
I love the shark teeth
It is awesome ! I have a question though. What are the times you use to bake? Can you bake the figure two times like if you wanna add more details? Doesn't it crack?

Thank you ❤
Can you sculpt some of the horrors from fear and hunger game? I would like to see it.
coulda posed 'im lookin out, one hand to block the sun, the other holding the rod
I would love to see you make any kaiju from all the atlantic rim and pacific rim movies, or from any and all godzilla movies or similar movies. I wish that you would make any of the kaijus. Please.
Hi Anthony, I’ve been looking for you super poker, where did you buy it and your large ball stylist with the brown handle. Thank you
Hello. What do you use to cook the clay in the oven?
I would love to see someone named the teller and he is a survivor and he is really old and forgets things easily. But he has the only way to save the people from the Hidden world but shows no one and says he will only show his grandson his secret if he is ready. And the grandpa would be sitting in like a rocking chair with a blanket all old and tiny looking maybe holding the book to save the people.
Also, does he look like one of those people who shouts, "Get off my lawn!" ? 😂
What would look awesome since you’ve got the electrician mechanic/builder, I was also thinking Amish
They should make a game of the mutant universe, I swear it would sale off the shelfs fast. But I haven’t seen u create another anti-mutant in so long. You should make one for the nurse. Just saying
Pls, sculpt the Jughe Holden 🙏🙏
Alienated from the clique society,

Don't you see the life that you are missing?
And he says
When I grow up I want to be,
One of the harvesters of the sea.
I think before my days are done,
I want to be a fisherman.
Calling John the fisherman!
Very cool and grimm story.Now guide,please; 🙏🙏🙏
When I saw the thumbnail I can't help but hear "fee fi fo fum"

Now i wonder what happens when the entity encounters someone really evil? a murderer or so? You could do "The Prisoner" or something like that
❤
❤❤❤
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Ahh yes, bacon bond 🥓
I still want to know what this Entity looks like.
Make one called CANDY MAN next!!! 🍭 💀
How about another wanderer?
make the white creature from the first episode of the fifteenth season of Doctor Who
Where are the rest of the fellowship
