We roll the days worth of clothes together so we don't forget anything, wear it, roll it & return dirty clothes to a mesh bag then stuff in luggage for return trip.
I was sure a folding kayak was coming out of that case😊 Very good tips. Are there any tips to folding underwear and socks. I put a pair of socks together and roll them inside each other.
Hi there BJ S programming! For my weekly business travel I have found that the Pelican 1536 carry-on will hold everything I need for a week of travel. Now, you do have to roll things up tightly and pack strategically, but it definitely works! I have now been using this size Pelican in my travels for the last 8 years!
This was huge; Ive been contemplating the pelican case because it is water proof. U gate my carry on a good bit, and while i love my Pathfinder 22, it is far from water proof. This video just tipped me to the Pelican!
Loved the video , but the problem with a padlock on the case is it can still be wheeled away. I would recommend taking a bike lock cable and locking the pelican case to something no one wants to remove, like a toilet. 😉 ... just a thought.
Hi there, I am 6 foot and the handle is fine for me, but I can see how it might be a little short for others. I have extremely long arms, 35 1/2 sleeve length.
Great question! I either take the liner out of the hardhat and then stuff it full of socks and underwear and then lay it down in the suitcase and then pack around the top of it. Takes up minimal space that way. More often, I take a strap and strap it to the outside of my backpack. The airlines have never given me a problem doing that.
Excellent video. Been touring for 40 years,,,,, and just learned how to correctly pack ! Very good video,,,, THANX
Thank you so much for watching and commenting Jerry! Have a great weekend!

From now on, I will army roll everything, anything, and everyone in my reach!
Thanks for watching and commenting! Rolling my clothes has certainly served me well in my packing.
Love your use of the Pelican 1536 as a clothes carryon. Does it fit as much as a standard hard wheeled carryon?

@@KayakCliff it’s a great alternative to the higher dollar $300+ wheeled carry ons!

Now there’s an idea! That would definitely make it extremely difficult to remove, lol! Thanks for watching, and commenting!
Which Pelican case are you using?

Here you go, an Amazon link.
Hi! Do you mind sharing how tall you are? I have heard that maybe people a little taller (I’m 6’2”) find the handle length too short 🤷♂️

who makes the back pack?
Hi there, that backpack that I was wearing is made by Peak Design. Awesome backpack!
Old video but how do you pack your hard hat ?

Awesome I travel for work and have to have a hard hat and it’s the most cumbersome part of my stuff
AKA - Ranger Roll
Thanks!

This worked horribly for my suit jacket
Lol - I hear ya! 👍
But that only works for Americans who walk around in sportswear all day.
Lol! Not much of what I wear anymore contains cotton. Athleisure wear & Blue Jeans.
