Great to see your Father come along for this one. Great episode as always guys; have you ever had a rat/mouse come out at you when you are inspecting entry points or perform incisions? I've said this before but I wish we had guys like yourselves in our country to solve these problems.
Not yet. They typically hunker down, now when we corner them and go to grab them they will latch their teeth on whatever we poke at them with.

TIP: Some houses have attics but have no ceiling-access-hatchway into their attics. If you need to cut a hole through a ceiling to allow access into an attic space, always try, if possible, to cut that ceiling access-hole inside a wardrobe, closet, or cupboard, so it will not generally be seen.

Went on a service call today for a stove not working. Found wires chewed by rats. Stove is 14 months old. How the tenatnt missed the grease marks at the back of the stove, really amazes me. I pointed the rat acess hole ,in the cabinet kick board, to the handyman. I told him to seal off the acess holes, then put out the traps. Gee, i wonder where i got those tips from!

My former home had a mouse infestation and after 2 years with a national pest control company (they caught 3 mice), I decided to augment the operation myself and left snap traps, bait stations, and created night-time kitchen mazes of glue traps around poison food dumps once the dog was in the kennel for the night. I ended up firing the pest control company and video taped the most active mouse areas to see where the mice were entering and leaving the rooms. Over the next 2 years I caught over 62 mice and the infestation was over. Then I started using ultra-sonic units to drive the mice out of areas where they once congregated. I lived in that house for another 4 years without any more mouse experiences or captures. The intelligence of these mice was unbelievable as evidenced by the night videos I took of their actions especially with the kitchen maze/glue trap setup. The maze was changed every night.

The problem is NOBODY in my area (Durham NC) is willing to do all the things u guys do. I've spent over $2,000 over a year and still have mice in my walls. HELP!!!

I've watched many of your video. The common theme is piss poor workmanship. It doesn't mater if it was an older remodel or newer developments. Cheap labor and people that don't think what they are doing and don't care. Skilled labor doesn't come cheap and cheap labor doesn't come skilled.

I think that's the only part of pest control I dont like I've been doing pest control for a few yrs now and the company I work for doesn't do exclusions or any of that stuff the twins do but I'd love to work that way I take alot of pride in my work
