I agree as well, you are the best Houdini Instruktor i find online. Quick question, is this course can follow beginner I watch all videos in your intro series so I know basic things but I have great knowledge in 3D in general I use Maya and Blender for years, now I want to lear Houdini. Please let me know, thanks.
Manojlo Gulic the training doesn’t use any complex vex or math but it’s not been made keeping a beginner in mind. I’d say that if you have a couple of months of experience with Houdini , you should be able to follow this. Most of my trainings require a few months of experience with Houdini. They’re not super advanced but they’re not meant for absolute beginners either.
No, sorry. No shading and rendering this time. My shader work was very simple anyways. Just a dirt shader and few metal shaders. It was mostly just dramatic lighting which I don’t think I’m very good at teaching. :)
Sadly I don't have access to vray anymore. I was using the beta but that's expired. Maybe if enough people are interested in vray then I'll pick up a license.
The idea isn't about doing procedural modeling on armours. It's about understanding procedural modeling and then applying it to whatever project you might have. That's the idea behind any tutorial.
Hey Rohan I'm looking to pay and take your course today, but also stumbled across another procedural modelling program by TimJ Design titled 'Procedural Hardsurface Design in Houdini', and I am looking for a course to aid me with the knowledge to produce detailed flexible procedural product design iterations, and I am curious to know if you can tell me the differences between his course and yours and do you cover the topics he does? Thanks!
@@rohandalvi I did the above course and modified a few steps here and there, but it works perfectly with applying the procedural design techniques to product design. If you're on FB or iG I can DM you my results. I will also sit through Tims course as there is something to learn from everyone.
@@GEORGE.M.M Hi, friend, did you take the TimJ design course?and you Rohan Dali?I also want to buy a course, but I don't know which one to start with?if you have completed the course, please drop the work, I want to see what you have done!
Dada is back with fully loaded information.👍👍👍
Thanks for putting this together Rohan, I’m excited to check it out! You are by far the best Houdini instructor (+ Entagma :)
Thank you so much for the compliment. I really appreciate it. :)
I agree but one name is missing - indie Pixel:)))

Hi Rohan, may you please sho us how to bake textures using V-Ray and Houdini? Thanks.

Yes, it is a full step by step tutorial.

Do you wiil make tutors about Octane+LOPs?
The octane LOPs plugin hasn't been released yet.

I don't have a course that covers procedural product design. I would suggest buying the training by Tim if that covers those topics.
