Found out it cost roughly 5 grand to purchase and replace... started looking up tutorials to potentially save some money and this has been by the far the most informative and to the point video. Seems like a fairly simple job, just gas lines, electric, and plumbing.. I am no certified tech, but I'm also not an idiot, so this seems super doable

Where did you find that flange you used to cover the hole for the gas pipe? I don't believe it comes with the heater, does it?
