Great vid mate. My wife fell in love with this, there is no other bike on the market that gives you this package, 90hp, seat height under 700mm, rider modes, traction control, cruise control, TFT display. We ordered the billiard grey and will be getting it in 6 months. In Australia these are now $21500, the closest competitor is the Indian scout that is more expensive at $24000 and has less tech. Way to go Harley Davidson! Keep up the great vids!
@@brandonevans743 hey mate, any questions just ask. We have made a couple of small changes to the bike. Changed the seat to the HD Sundowner which has made a night and day difference to comfort and stopping us sliding off the back. We also just installed thicker grips with heating. The bike is very comfortable and get a lot of looks.
I got the first Nightster Special in Australia in early 2023 and have done over 25,000kms on it . They are a great bike . you are right about the Sundowner seat
Just started the video but first off thanks for reviewing it ive been having mine for a few months now and when i got it there was no reviews no content on the 24. Its good to see people giving this bike the attention it deserves
Great review and I concur with your opinions. I just got a like new 2022 Nightster with only 610 miles on it. It was listed for 12K, but I got it for $8K from my dealer and then he gave me $2200 for my 2015 Street 500, so for $5800, it was a steal. The price was certainly right!
Most ppl hate on the sound. I don't personally love it but I live in LA and so the quieter sound is very convenient especially if your someone like me that has to be at work at 5am lol my neighbors have a HD soft tail and an Indian bike( not sure which one guessing the scout) I can hear them when they leave and that's part of the attraction of those bikes but I like the fact that's its quieter. To each their own
If it had an inverted front end and dual disk brakes then it would be perfect. And the Sportsters S should have been a little bigger version of this with inverted front end and dual disk with the 1250 engine. The sportsters should have been an updated Roadster.
I was comparing both bikes because I currently have a 2023 Nightster Special. The 2024 has a little more power to it, idk if it’s really noticeable to be honest. I think the biggest difference is the color schemes and that’s it.
@@ldreese33 for some reason, I can’t figure out how to make the cruise control work unless it only works when you’re doing 55 miles an hour or higher. I’m not sure if anyone knows I’d love to know.
Keep in mind when you purchase this bike from Harley Davidson there’s prep fee, shipping fee, etc. etc. which equals about $4000 from any Harley Davidson shop then when you go to get the extended warranties tire coverage etc. etc. it’s another 4000 so you walk out the door price is around $21,000. I don’t know why anyone doesn’t talk about that.
The Moto Guzzi V7 looks better, sounds better, has shaft drive, it’s only 65 HP, but there’s no way 25 HP is worth paying 10 grand more. Plus the Guzzi has a 5 gallon tank, knowing Harley, this is probably under 3 gallons.
I bought the 2023 a few weeks ago and I love it, it’s my first bike.
Same here 🙌🏼
What was your outdoor price? And did you get any of the extended warranties and stuff from finance?
@@Underdog-2025also looking at this as first bike. Would also like to know out the door price. Thanks!

I’ve been debating between this, the sportster s, and the Indian scout bobber limited + tech.

I am glad people like these, it seemed a lot of people bash those new style bikes

Cool bike!!!💫
Awesome Vid!👏
My Road Glide is not seeing any action after I bought this a month ago. I love it. It's a high performance machine.
Niceee. I purchased '23 Nightster Special new one recently. S&S slip-on and it sounds better. :)
HD needs to expand this engine to other bikes.
They do. The nightster, sportster, and pan America use the rev max engine. I don't like the fact that half of it has no engine cover though

Great vid!
Bro. Did u left that key fob hanging on ur left
So tell me, are those keys hanging on the clutch lever ?
What mode were you using? I would argue that this is an excellent first bike if you keep it in rain mode while you’re learning.
Second this you can easily learn on a bike that has ride modes and even better you can grow as a rider on these bikes

Look at the Moto Guzzi V7 before you spend this much..the Guzzi looks better, sounds better, has a shaft drive. And costs less.
