- On today’s video, we decided to go back to the Freeport jetties and try our luck on the speckled trout and sheepshead. The water is starting to warm up so trouts are starting to show up and it’s nothing but trophy fish. This video is not filled with a lot of action but, I’m just excited the water is warming up and better Fish are moving in closer so I hope y’all enjoy today’s video. Hey man looks fire. I like to use ghee which is clarified butter. It has s higher burn point than regular butter. Perfect for pan frying filets at a high heat.
