    I had a different experience. For me Vajrasan had the effect of eleiminating knee pain.

    I was sitting in vajrasana for meditation for a few years and as i started having some pain , i stopped it 2 years back and started sitting in chair for meditation .I was very eager to correct the after effects and was looking for remedial measures. Then i found luckily your videos and started following them and experiencing benefits. I am 85 years old and am settled in Canada and am from India .I am eager to have more contacts with you to save me from the problem and continue my spiritual activities. Kindly show me the way to be in touch with you to correct the problem.
    I wanted to correct the angles mainly to their original position first to have weight bearing in the natural way. I feel the outer portions of the calves are bearing the weight of body. I am doing yoga knee exercises and the corrective measures of vajrasana you have given me. I am very lucky as i got your video and love them to do for correction of the problem. Kindly reply .     I am perform vajrasan and Surya namaskar then after I am suffering knee pain...so iI am very streeeful for knee pain I like yoga and gym exercise but my knee pain not performing these exercises
    I am watching your video and it seems to be helpful , I am trying thsee exercise for my yoga session.

    I started the exercises today. I am really very happy and grateful to you very much for your explanations and sincerity in helping all in their sufferings and helplessness. God will definitely bless you and your well planned channel. One more thing is that in Vajrasana i was sitting mostly with the buttocks on their respective curves of the feet. This way many people practice . Dr You know better. Anyway i sit on the chair to meditate nowadays after seeing your videos.Thanks a lot Doctor.

    Thank you very much Doctor for the counter asanas you have explained so well. I have some aftereffects of vajrasana as i was doing meditation sitting in Vajrasana .Now however i am sitting in chair for meditation after seeing your corrective asanas you explained .Now only i came know that correction can be done by those asanas.I do daily yoga since many years and meditation in Vajrasana.I started today the corrective poses you have mentioned. My problem is --- calf muscle pain sometimes, some effect on the knee, not actually pain, blood circulation little affected .
    I am regularly walking, knee exercises, massaging myself on Quadriceps ,Hamstring and calf muscles apart from yoga. I wanted to remove the problems early so that concentrate more on my
    meditation twice a day without diversion .I am very grateful for the remedy asanas you have given. Can you some more tips to clear the problem. May God bless you.

      Sir mujhe slip disk ho Gaya hai l4 l5 s1 yeh kab tak theek hoga. Exercise Kar rahi hu. Homeopathy medicine se pain relief hai but kabhi kabhi hota hai leg pain.

    You are wrong to point out by saying a 30 minute or 45 minute Vajrasana is wrong posture. It is not. We get that extension of knees all day long as we walk. There is no hyperflexion of knee ligaments in Vajrasana as lower leg doesnot get the space to flex more as of thigh/upper leg. Pain has various reasons and it could be beyond ligament stretch.

      If ur doing vajraasan for the first time pain will be there in leg afterwards no pain after doing vajrasan need just rub ankle with hands which is good

    Namaste. I am doing vajrasana since 2yrs. while doing i rest my knees on a yoga mat. But 10 days back by mistake i kept my knees on the floor directly without using mat.. from that day onwards my right knee is paining and when i try vajrasana now i feel some kind of shock or silkiness in my knee...please suggest me a solution sir. thankyou.

    sir, my age is 41.But I have a knee pain in right leg. In x-ray it is found gap is reduced. Now I am trying to reduce the wt. My doctor has suggested me some medicines, I am taking too. But, my question is " can the gap is recoverable & is the exercise will help me".
    during walking it is manageable, but my leg can't take load during step up/down.

    मेरे घुटने मे एक side से सुजन है (2/3 दिन से) और चलते समय थोड़ा ददई भी होता है । ऐसे मे पेट का घेरा कैसे कम करे सब आसन तो बैठकें ही करने पडते है। इसके बारेमे कुछ जानकारी दिजिये ।

    Hi sir My name RESHAM LAL KLER age 67 years.I could understand from my both knees position as described by urself ,suffering from pattellofemorel pain as well as,osteoarthritis in one knee, feeling pain in right knee outer side while sitting in cross legs.
