Sir, I was doing yoga regularly for many years and was sitting in Vajrasan for meditation one hour morning and evening without knowing it is harmful in the long run. Since a few months i have pain in the knee joints and am doing your exercises for Quadriceps, Hamstring and calf muscles and Knee joints. After seeing your videos and your discussion on Vajrasan only i came to know the aftereffects of this Asana. Kindly advise me what asanas i should do etc to correct this problem. To make it clear most of the meditation i was doing in Vajrasana and sometimes by sitting in a chair.
