I eat goat cheese every morning with my Ezekiel toast. Put some raw grated garlic on top. It’s so good with my coffee ☕️
I like feta cheese from France. Real feta cheese is never made from cow's milk. It's sheep or goat.
Correct!
Feta is amazing
🤔
It's actually from Greece. Nice try, it ends though on ..ce like nice as well.
I'm not crazy about feta cheese it's just the texture of it, I think 🤔
Yes Dr D'Adamo said pecorino Romano and feta, goat's, and farmers cheese, mozzarella for certain blood types
Thank you so much Dr. G. for your podcasts and books! So much wonderful information and ideas!
Parmigiano reggiano is the most superior cheese. I think you agree, considering what you said in this post, but it was a subtle approval of Parmigiano Reggiano. I eat the authentic stuff everyday...
Thank you for this information!!!
Thanks for watching! 🙂
I love the new glasses - huge upgrade!
The reason why a lot of the dry powdered cheeses cause stomach discomfort is because it contains raw flour as a filler. Also, parmesan was meant to be enjoyed in very sparingly, low quantities, as a garnish. It's rarely the star of the dish. In that case, it's perfectly fine to eat.
The feta I really enjoy is French Valbreso, bought from my local deli. My tummy never has issues with this.
Spanish Manchego cheese - another option
Never knew there was a buffalo mozzarella! Omg i gotta try it out one day
I’m all over Goat cheese now. Thanks Cool Dr. G 🌸🙏🇨🇦🕺🏼

Best Feta is from Bulgaria!
ofc not. Feta can be produced only in Greece. Bulgaria is not allowed to make Feta or name it Feta. Best Feta is from Peloponnes, Greece and for sure not from Bulgaria
This is great! I don't like to eat meat, but love cheese and always count my saturated fat each day. I love goat cheese-yay. Thank you

This is also applicable for milk
A2 protein is available in water buffalo milk
Love buffalo mozzarella. Yummy.
I have an instant reaction to cow dairy products. Although I love them, it's like an itchy, histamine-esque response followed by some stomach upset.
I'll have to try buffalo, goat, etc cheeses soon. And see if there's a difference.

Anyway I’ve tried a couple goat cheeses (live near a lot of ‘cheesy people’ in Vermont) and it tasted tallowy and had an unpleasant residual aftertaste and mouthfeel to me.

I don't blame you for cringing. I don't like it at all. but...I was recommended making my own kefir with goat milk, and I didn't mind the taste of that. I like it extra sour.
Goat's milk n cheese is sooooo yummy!!! ❤
Goat cheese is delicious and good for you. You can crumble it over your salad. I put it on my toast with some raw garlic. The taste is so mild and smooth i can’t see how someone wouldn’t like it.

Hello there, thank you for reaching out! Unfortunately, we are not able to source specific products for each customer, but we recommend checking with your local grocery store.
In Italy I find all of them😊
Lot of stores sell imported cheeses like Trader Joes, Whole Foods, even regular supermarkets. Just read the label to see if it says imported from France. I like the Trader Joe’s one. Their prices are good too.
What about A2 milk
