- Today we left Rome, Italy and said goodbye to Europe! We catch a flight on Qatar Airways and end up visiting two of the world's most luxurious airports as we travel to our final destination! The first stop was Hamad International Airport in Doha, Qatar. This airport is insane! The main shopping area of the airport is called the Orchard and it's a peaceful as an airport can get. Tons of lighted water features, delicious restaurants, greenery, walking paths, you name it! We had a long layover in Qatar so we were able to enjoy it! After our next leg with Qatar Airways we landed in the beautiful Changi International Airport in Singapore! Connected to the airport is the amazing Jewel, a full shopping center complete with the world's tallest indoor waterfall! It's truly unbelievable. This cylindrical waterfall falls in the center of a terraced greenhouse, surrounded by shopping and restaurants! We're so stoked to not only be in Singapore, but finally in Asia!

Singapore airport is continually voted #1. I had a delayed flight for 10 hours there and actually loved it. Movies, gardens etc.
Singapore terminal 3 has a big open door Cinema,free! The food is awesome! N that Dinosaur park ! We had fun with the Trex, raptors, Triceratops...etc...I read Singapore has the highest waterfall Amazonian airport before Qatar... there is a light show with Jewel waterfall at night n waterfall alternate between water and mist, kids have fun stepping on mist coming out from the grass . .2 Yotels n few lounge to shower up, rest n eat for US$30!

Cannot believe those airports!! They alone are like a vacation destination....food, shopping, beautiful scenery, etc. From icy plunges to hot and humid, I bet you'll really feel the heat. Exciting to see where you're taking us in Singapore.

WHOA!!!! Those two airports could be the vacation spots!!! No need to spend money for cabs, busses, etc. You could just play tourists at the airports. Lol.

QATAR is veryexpensive but Singapore airport is family friendly and less expensive in comparison
Haha Qatar CEO Mr. Al Baker is such a little spoilt brat. He said Changi Airport Jewel copied his Qatar airport years ago. Meanwhile Jewel was up and running while Qatar plans for a “Forrest in the desert”?? was on the drawing boards. To find out the main corridor in Qatar airport is called Orchard is stupefying when the main world famous shopping road in Singapore is called Orchard Road 😂
