The true sound of a happier and more creative time and a great memory of the music of my undergrad days. Judith Durham and the Seekers clear, clean and refreshing as a mountain stream. Sing with the angels Judith.
The best thing that ever happened to music was The Seekers getting back together for a 25th anniversary reunion which turned into 11 more years of great performances by this wonderful and blessed group.
Wow! I hope there is a revival in Gospel, so refreshing to hear & see a group perform like the Seekers. Loved the clean shaven look of the 60s & Judiths voice is what I hope to hear in Heaven with choirs of Angels
I am not Australian but I love this lady ... she is awesome and very humble, full of love and I believe the best female singer in the world..... and I love all Australians to.......
Heard these musos so long long long time ago yeah that's right playing on stage in Melbourne here and there moved me so much I was given their address and walked straight in the front door a never to be forgotten moment Viva
The Seekers have kept me lively and strong through their music and singing and a lot for their pleasant and playful onstage connect with the audience which invariably always made me feel so emotionally human.....perhaps for the strength that I would be seeking from stage artistes like all of them here.

A superb group, the Seekers!!!.....And Judith is an incredible creature!!!!...Through her , God becomes melody!!!...Thanks for what you give to the world, my dear brothers!!! A friend from Rome!
errific inspiring - Judith Durham sounds like the genuine article - a girl from the southern states when she belts out gospel - fantastic singer, talented pianist , a true artiste who does not date

Jazz country folk an "she walked in ,didn't pay" " she's with them" "she's in the musos room" "she's with them" " oh yeah" 🎶 " now " know where they live" No... wandered "wanna cuppa" No Yes " what did she say" .....The Seekers "sing for cou try" "Voice" of ACT Parliament Ms ULURU.and Wurunjeri Kaurna etcetera et al
Judith was exceptional in all genres of popular music singing. In spite of its value as art , it would be a waste if Judith would restrict herself to opera singing, as she once planned while still in her teens. Some time ago I listened Kiri te Kanawa attempting to sing music from The Sound of Music and it didn't fit at all.
That rotten lung disease was with since she was 4 years old. To cope with it she had to be so disciplined - life, singing education (she formally voice and piano at the prestigious Melbourne Conservatorium of Music, part of Melbourne University and gained a Diploma in Music) and practice during her life. It is no accident she had that clear bell-like voice. It was both hard work and miraculous.
How can you tell the audience is predominantly white?.....they're clapping on beats 1 and 3 instead of 2 an 4 which would sound way better! :) In fact if you look at 3:35, he's trying his best to get them on the back beat but alas...

It's a shame they never sang at any Billy Graham crusades.
She talk´´ s too mutch --I like her--and the BAND--enjoy --thx rollf
Judith sang with so little effort. Amazing lung disease killed this wonderful lady.

Semper Fi Perhaps the audience are not all professional musicians? Imagine that!

Can anyone sing Gospel better. Perhaps only the incomparable Aretha Franklin.
