I cannot believe what just happened to me. A casual friend (real friend of my husband) on Facebook just offered me ALL of her cousin's craft supplies which includes a Cricut Joy! Her cousin passed a few months back and my friend said she thought she may do some crafting but she said she changed her mind. We talked about her cousin, how sad it was. I asked how much she waned for it all and she nothing. She said when she decided to ''get rid'' of the things she thought about me. I've thought about getting a Joy, but really couldn't justify spending the money. she said she figured I could use them, so she wanted give it to me. So surprised.
Thanks. I really like being able to move things around on mats - putting a design on the bottom of the material makes checking the cut easier since it isn’t up by the rollers, then if another pass can easily be done without unloading & this is great for doing test cuts.
When I use my scoring tool, the lines are so faint. I can’t fold them but when I use the scoring wheel it works fine. How can I solve the scoring pen problem?
Thank you!!! I have a scoring stylus, but not the wheel. I didn't know about the setting to change that tool. I always have to use my Air for projects that I want to score because I couldn't get past the screen telling me to insert the scoring wheel.
The brayer is a game changer! I didn't use one for years and then daughter got one with something so I tried it, oh my word! Get the brayer!!

My hack is, I make my business card with my Cricut pen. That way customers knew what can be done with your business. Thanks!
I found the circuit Brayer is cheaper than the competition in the craft stores, and is awesome for getting stuff to stick down well.
oh yes I definitely like using the stylus for scoring, & got mine from $tree

You may not be loading the stylus in all the way. But you can also use a heavier setting
What card stock are you using? Thank you!
