I always listen to this before I go to sleep. I leave the music playing on my speaker (at a low volume) throughout the night. And when the morning comes, it's still playing as a way to wake me up. I have a real bad case of depression, anxiety and insomnia. I also have a hard time sleeping and I'm on meds for it unfortunately. But that and this music helps out in all areas. I love listening to Reiki music. So why not listen to something that can help you out? I'm also a big Japanese enthusiast and I also can't wait to visit Japan one-day. 🇯🇵🎶💤🛌🏻🌙

Have you ever heard of hesychasm? An ancient mystical tradition. As a simple prayer is repeated in meditation, it slowly purifies and illuminates the heart. When illuminated a person reaches a state of ecstasy and can see Gods uncreated light. I tried 20 min morn and night. Was blown away by the spiritual experiences.
