This is so peaceful! Third lockdown in the UK, I feel so stressed lately. Lost my job almost a year ago because of covid, then was told my landlord is selling the house, its hard enough dealing with those 2 but I'm also trying to hold it together for my daughter, trying to homeschool her and shes having huge anxiety meltdowns and refuses to do work.. so now I'm sat here listening to this while my daughter falls asleep hoping it will calm us both mentally and emotionally

to everyone out there, although we may not meet nor know eachother, just know that you’re a beautiful and strong human being. You’re SO capable of getting through your struggles and you’re a blessing. This universe is more than grateful for you. Things are so intense around the world right now but we will get through it. Never stop losing faith in yourself. Know yourself and what YOU want. Don’t be someone you’re not. Find your inner self and heal your inner child, it could be by simply meditating or taking a walk in nature, imagining your inner child next to you and whisper to them that they’re strong and you love them no matter what. Keep holding faith, don’t worry about the future. Worrying will just bring about negativity, and I agree that we all worry from time to time but just know that you ALWAYS have the opportunity to realign yourself and your thoughts. Breathe, just breathe. Find peace in the moments. Don’t worry about the people in your past and those you’ve left. They’re out of your life for a reason and look forward. Don’t go back to the past. It’s called the future for the reason, continue looking forward, you’ll soon begin to experience new opportunities and beginnings. Your angels and spirit guides are working by your side.
