It's quite revitalizing to have a moment each day where things just slow down and you can find your zen perhaps with music like this. Things don't always have to be busy or productive. There's also the space between.
I meditated to this beautiful music and saw my beloved Labrador who passed away in 2020 as clear as anything, she told me she lives in my heart until we meet again, oh how I miss her ❤
Been dealing with this anxiety and panic attacks for years and just want to be at peace again. I remember a time where I didn’t worry so much. My mind was free and my body felt at ease. One day I hope to feel like myself again.
This is so peaceful! Third lockdown in the UK, I feel so stressed lately. Lost my job almost a year ago because of covid, then was told my landlord is selling the house, its hard enough dealing with those 2 but I'm also trying to hold it together for my daughter, trying to homeschool her and shes having huge anxiety meltdowns and refuses to do work.. so now I'm sat here listening to this while my daughter falls asleep hoping it will calm us both mentally and emotionally

Even though darkness may have shallowed what seems to be all the light around you and within you, the ever so small spark within you can't go out as long as you are alive, it may be dimed at the moment, but with time and nourishment it shall shine bright one day and the dark tunnel you are walking will be as lit in its entirety, as the light you know there's waiting for you at the end of the tunnel.
I gave up to this song, my tears begun to fall and I really feel how powerless I am in this moment...but I feel some rest, like there was something heavy on my shoulders and now I'm free, it really okey if you felt like this before, you are not alone, I feel you, and I love you ❤️🌸

Someone else moved to a beautiful meadow with a fervent river? because I do. It was a bit cold but you breathed fresh air, it felt very clean, then, I started to feel a pain in the left side of my chest but it was disappearing with some bright green leaves that stuck to my skin in that place and then it was they dried up and flew into the river in front of me. Then I started to feel a strong tickling that started on the right side of my head and radiated down my right side to the center of my back. Other things happened, but the comment will be made even longer. Finally, as I was writing this, a few minutes after stopping the audio, the word "Namaste" came to my mind, I looked it up and I am IMPRESSED. Part of what I found about the meaning of Namaste: "For this reason, an exact translation, etymologically speaking, of Namaste could be: 'I greet you', or 'I bow to you'." "It is used throughout South Asia, especially in the context of Buddhist cultures, particularly to get closer to a superior." Lastly, I am from Latin America. THANK YOU! Even though darkness may have shallowed what seems to be all the light around you and within you, the ever so small spark within you can't go out as long as you are alive, it may be dimed at the moment, but with time and nourishment it shall shine bright one day and the dark tunnel you are walking will be as lit in its entirety, as the light you know there's waiting for you at the end of the tunnel.

Dear stranger who's reading this, I wish you to be happy, fulfilled and loved
Someone else moved to a beautiful meadow with a fervent river? because I do. It was a bit cold but you breathed fresh air, it felt very clean, then, I started to feel a pain in the left side of my chest but it was disappearing with some bright green leaves that stuck to my skin in that place and then it was they dried up and flew into the river in front of me. Then I started to feel a strong tickling that started on the right side of my head and radiated down my right side to the center of my back. Other things happened, but the comment will be made even longer. Finally, as I was writing this, a few minutes after stopping the audio, the word "Namaste" came to my mind, I looked it up and I am IMPRESSED.
Part of what I found about the meaning of Namaste:
"For this reason, an exact translation, etymologically speaking, of Namaste could be: 'I greet you', or 'I bow to you'."
"It is used throughout South Asia, especially in the context of Buddhist cultures, particularly to get closer to a superior."
Lastly, I am from Latin America.
