What is Care Team Coaching?

The term “coaching” means a lot of different things, depending on who you talk to! At DTA we refer Care Team Coaching as the strengths-based approach to helping providers and staff members improve their communications with patients. We’re releasing a short video series on the key concepts of Care Team Coaching.
