    Hey guys! Always enjoy the full detail videos. What I especially like is how you mix up the different brands of products that are used. I like to know what’s out there, and this is how I pick up on them. I use CarPro’s Descale for a decontamination wash and in this video you used a Koch Chemie product. Always nice to have an alternative. Till the next one.👍🏻😎(As a P.S. I watched Jess use her iBrid, man I really want one but just can’t justify the cost. Oh well, maybe if I win the lottery😂)

    Hi Phil. Derrick from vt here . Yup , quality control from the factory has gone out the window since covid . The worst part is that in many dealerships the detailers are pretty new so it puts them in scenarios that they really shouldn't be doing. I'm all in one the gyeon evo line. Love all there products. • @MirandaDetailing

      I don’t throw the towels out. I soak and wash them and if they are soft I reuse them on other details on the paint. But if they are crunchy I throw them out. But if you soak them with an APC or dawn soap then wash them they usually remain soft.

      @MirandaDetailing  Рік тому +3

      I thanks! Really? I have found the new EVO line actually hardens my towels and applicator even if i soak them in water and apc! They are now harder and better than before! But honestly I never advertise ay coating, even the Gtechniq Ultra and Gyeon Infiniti coatings as being resistant to marring or scratch resistant or anything. Hi. Yes we do reuse them. We soak them and wash them. It we always check them to make sure they are soft. But we don’t use them for coating removal again. We will only use them on other details in which we are not polishing.

      @@MirandaDetailing you know ive bought 2 packs already. I use them for interior and I sell them individually (if they want one for some reason), I've noticed like how soft they are, its a true 80/20 blend not a secret mix blend, but I mean some are like really soft and some are kinda not crunchy but not "as soft". Very crazy.
      I find alot of sales on amazon prime, of like $5 off, $10 off, mixed with subscribe and save 30% off, I get a pack of the chem guys yellow towels for literally $1/towel. They have a pretty decent GSM I believe 360~.

    It's such a bummer when I have to show a customer those type of defects in the clear on a new, or relatively new car, and tell them it's beyond reasonable detailing options. Sanding is sometimes an option, but opens a can of worms. Most people don't get the "responsibility" of owning a dark colored car, and the typical bird dropping threat. Remove them asap when you see them!
